Backpackers, sex tourists and cheap Charlies won't listen.
Quality tourists largely don't come here.

No, Thai Ministers and officials are more powerful than Mother Nature.
You'd think after the Indian Ocean Tsunami of 2004 it would have taught them to be more wise.

“We are concerned for her safety and have advised her to stay away from the road. We will place reflective cones during her watering times to ensure her safety.”
But offer no other help?

His friend filmed the stunt, according to Mr. Wachirawit. He was surprised when the video went viral and wasn't sure how it got shared beyond his close friends
Friends shared too much...

To protect its natural habitat, the number of visitors has been limited to 1,000 per day.
To control the crowd, the park office has reserved 700 spaces for on-the-spot tourists and 300 for those who book beforehand using an app. The staff is working to possibly increase this quota, based on the training of extra guides and staff for an eco-friendly tour experience.
Limited to 1,000 but will increase once the money starts rolling in...
Priority given to tourists who will no doubt be paying more than locals.

He worked hard, collecting rubber scraps and washing dishes to earn 10 to 20 baht, which he would spend on sweets and drinks for his mother. He didn’t even have a bicycle. His life was full of hardships and sorrow. It’s heartbreaking that his life ended because of these ruthless youths.”
Better luck in your next life young fella... RiP

One article in the news about 2 months ago hailing this and the capture between 20 to 30 monkeys. But then nothing. One would think it would not be difficult to capture more quickly given the monkeys dependence on food from the temple and in the city.
I guess it all started with locals feeding the monkeys then selling food to tourists to do the same..
now it's out of hand.
I visited a temple in Hua Hin two years ago, around the the temple grounds is a ramshackle market with vendors selling souvenirs for the tourists, every stall had fruit for sale to feed the temple monkeys.... seen as an added attraction.
That's if you like being stalked by a monkey seeing what you're carrying with you, a bag will attract them like a magnet.
Never mind zig-zagging your route to evade the scat every where...

In his opinion, to get attracted from the midstream industry, the government must improve infrastructure, develop a skilled workforce, and ensure enough provision of clean energy.
So basically it's screwed?

Thailand's export industry, which accounted for more than half the country's GDP in 2020, is threatened due to emerging technologies and direct competition with Vietnam. In high-tech product exports, Vietnam leads as a top player in the electronics sector due to a global recovery in demand for technology like computers, semiconductors, and smartphones.
While Thailand plays political games.

You mean it's still trying to paper over the cracks after last years stolen election from the people who voted for Pita and the MFP party.
The elites colluded with EC and CC to make sure Pita didn't have a chance, backed by the rigged senate to make sure MFP didn't get into government.
PTP then did the unthinkable and joined hands with their sworn enemy the military army to secure enough seats to get into government.
The last year has been nothing but a shambles,
