I don't really have a loyalty for Trump it's more an absolute hatred of the elitist woke loony left Democratic Party and that Harris is an idiot and simply a DEI pick for VP. They should have gone with Shapiro. I am left leaning in my political views but from where I sit the Democrats and the left generally (UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand for example) have completely abandoned their traditional base. The three big issue in the election are the economy, inflation and the border. All of these affect the working class and Trump is saying how he's going to help them. Harris is simply too focused on how bad Trump is. Negative campaigns are not good campaigns and I think you'll find this is reflected by the voting public come next week.

I mostly agree. Good summary. Where I am just SW of BKK the daily storms finished last week but didn't really start until late August early September. Same as last year. I think you need to re-think this post. Two seasons in Thailand? Songkran starting early? April to October is the hottest? Well sure April is the hottest but after that it's the long hot and humid build up to when the real wet season starts full on in July/August. There are usually some storms in May but these reduce through June and July until the real rainy season starts. Last couple of years this has been late August/early September. I'm guessing you don't live here full time. As for getting cold up in the north it certainly does but this also goes for the NE. People in Thailand die from both the heat and cold exposure.
