ok guys think i fixed it went to http://www.kasikornbank.com/EN/ApplyForServices/Pages/KCyberBankingForm.aspx, filled in form to add account to cyber banking,will take it in monday with my well handled passport and hopefully from there will be ok to go apply for the so called virtual card. and pay for my passport with it.

 Dont make sense the bank set me up for the above via ATM and the head office didnt mention form to fill in, but if it works then phew relaxed again.

Have no friends that i can get to sign for said passport also no way of getting a credit card unless 40k is deposited by my thai gf,
Have a few months to spare but constantly worry about the passport maybe getting refused as my card may not work.
So any of you guys can help here would appreciate it, contact details in profile.

No the Kasikorn Debit Card wont work, it woks for ebay because they process the transaction electronically. The Kasikorn shopping card I mentioned earlier (post #24) will work, at least it did for me and a few others. The shopping card can, bizarrely, be entered manually, which is how The Passport Office in the UK do it.

 

Thats the issue i got ATM card from them but tried for the virtual card,but have had closure of kas before so for some reason i didnt get even spoke to head office with no resolution,so looks like i'm stuck with the atm debit card and cant renew passport.

Unless i can find a person who will pay on my behalf naturally i would pay it back in baht with a few beers in tips along with the current exchange rate, or hide up lol.

I Myself had to cancel with true 8 months ago,and was told if contract cancelled before the due date they would require the return of the modem and all fees to be paid until contract expires,however once contract completed then no return of modem or monies to be paid except for the monthly sum if cancelled after the payment period on the bill '

The latter i did,not because of low speed but i did have the same issue with speed, the modems were exhausting at a rate of every 6 months.

My friend you are talking about a multiple entry whereby on rentry the 90 day begins again,is imaterial of leaving often the immo is correct.

As for the residence part i believe TM18 issued by immo is the form in ?.

Anybody can do the 90 day report on your behalf, i have a few friends who use a friendly thai give them a couple of hundred or so for fag money etc, and everybody happy.

Warning though never trust anybody with your passport.

You must file this report within 7 days before, or 7 days after, your 90-day period expires, and not 15 before as 1 op posted.

I think you will find that the ed visa is less than the 30k stated,simple really arrive on a 30 day exemption, then apply for the ed visa bearing in mind.
Current visa on arrival should allow a stay for at least three more weeks in Thailand otherwise there may not be sufficient time to process the ED paperwork, thus requiring applicant leave Thailand again either by air or a border run.In approximately 3 weeks the school will be notified by the Ministry of Education of application status and if approved will send an admission letter to the School . The School will notify the student of the decision and will distribute the admission letter.

Reminds me of a incident just a few weeks ago,whereby a friend transported another fellow from my condominium a little the worse for wear,well anyway enroute had to stop for emergency toilet procedures,on arrival at bangkok airport he then went missing for a hour on finding him again and pointing him in the right direction my friend then departed for the homeward journey, sitting back in the condo block having a refreshing beer 1 hour later the fool turned up needless to say he was refused his flight.
