Had same issues with true yes at nightime usage went up and caused the same lag,have you checked with tel line company how many users are on the same line as you this will affect the speed also,the less users a better signal, so look to getting that changed if there are many using same line.

As long as you do not take "walks" on the beach at 4-5am and do not go hugging lady boys , you should be fine any time of the year

I know of a laos lady who does the same back to back visa runs to cambodia & have been doing same for 3 years she works here illegally and has been fined once 5000 baht in the time of being here so.i cant see that immo will stop the back to back runs.

I Have read somewhere that the main concern for pattaya beach was the illegal overhanging extension of buildings,which have encroached the beach by unscrupulous venues along walking street.

Needless to say not only are they an eyesore but potentially dangerous,sorry but i had to giggle there forgot i was in thailand...

As for the beach traders and so forth the case will be move along son and come back when my back is turned,or maybe a on the spot fine as i have seen regularly where i frequent,these traders pay the fine then carry on regardless in extreme cases they are told to move on but back the very next day, to compensate for the loss of 400 baht.

So it's a stalemate result, i can see happening here.

Thumbs up to the pattaya police,i see a lot of bag snatching going on in nakula from the russian and german tourists.

sad part is the snatchers use motorbikes so gone in a flash,which resulted with uniformed police being in presence but only for a week or so,i just hope that it is the same gang which was arrested.

I need to do a 90 day report this week, can I use the old form from the website to mail it or should I go to Chaengwattana to use the new form?

If the web forms have not been amended,i suggest just using the old form as i did on 4th july with no problems.
