    oh good, now that this victimless crime is solved, can the RTP arrest the 74yo child rapist that tried to kill his pregnant victim? or the teenage 'men' that gang raped the 14yo? or any other repeat rapists that were identified with names and locations but still walk freely in Thai "society'?
