To all those do-gooders and tree huggers; such "pets" would be toast if I would be around.
This is a problem caused by people and not dogs and the only way is for people to take their finger out and do something.

I don't think this will make it for 700 pages like the "Do you believe in God?" thread.....
But, who knows? People might keep posting just for the halibut.
I hope they are posting in the right Plaice.

I asked a couple of wifeys police friends why the law wasn't enforced......'not easy, too difficult' was the reply. Before anything actually changes the Royal Thai Police Force needs to be staffed by officers who actually care about the job they're supposed to be doing.
Their is so far you can go to make people wear a crash helmet or set belt but at the end of the day they dont kill anybody except themselves. Far better they concentrate on DUI etc those offences that can kill other people.

Just slap a 50,000 baht fine, and a years driving ban on all those who are caught drinking and driving.
So the poor would not be able to pay and go to prison but the rich hisos can risk it. Confiscation of the vehicle and at least a 1 year ban for a first offence would be a lot better.

After a very near miss whilst riding my motorbike I bought a body cam, which I also wear on mu pedal bike This takes a few seconds to mount and operate. The battery lasts about 4 hours and is on a continuous record loop

The police's own regulatory authority are also now involved in the investigation said Daily News.
How they can justify investigating their own is beyond me, it gives no one the confidence to believe an enquiry will ever be impartial. At least the Joe Ferrari case was take on by another Police area.

Far to quick an investigation even if he admits it. Where do the money trails run to? I can see something going wrong.

Therefore, his case file will not include any indication of a bipolar condition.
Just because no medication as been found does not mean he does not have it. I hope he as been psychiatrically assessed so mental illness is not used as a defense.

I also read he had been cremated. I would love to see the timeline on all of this.

Bottom line:
The drug dealer , 3 grams of “ ice “ found on him, was killed in an attempt to extort more money.
1 million wasn’t enough, he wanted 2 million.
29 luxury cars obviously isn’t enough ……. is there a new Bugatti in the pipeline ?
The upkeep on those sort of vehicles would be enormous. He was in a lifestyle that demanded a high amount of money to maintain.

U-turn infrastructure is the worst infrastructure you can have.
1. Difficult to asses speed of oncoming vehicles by the driver waiting to turn due to the head on angle he is viewing.
2. Having to accelerate whilst turning right from a stop into approaching traffic which can be averaging 27.7 metres per sec at 100km/per/hour.
3. Other vehicles who also attempt the u-turn by coming around on your left side.
4. Many times they will put up street furniture making looking to to your left very difficult.
5. Many of the larger vehicles do not have a small enough turning circle to be able to choose the best lane to go to in an emergency. Eg your underestimate the speed of a car and see it going into the left lane and you are trying to stop in the right lane.

Seems those window ACs are very difficult to find here in LOS, your next option is a portable AC (not a air COOLER).
I wish I could get my hands on one of these. https://www.ubuy.co.th/en/product/1VRJ2O2-midea-u-inverter-window-air-conditioner-10-000btu-u-shaped-ac-with-open-window-flexibility-robust-in

Thoroughly enjoyed it. With Tokyo only 2 hours time difference and the great coverage it did not matter that the crowds were not there. Certainly a distraction from Covid.

Except Lazada I agree. Would look at a local shop who does the installation too.
Window AC? Can't remember having seen one here?
Last one I remember was 1987 in a New York hotel.
A hell of a machine, noisy and shaking.
Just looking as an option. The modern window Ac units, especially Midea, are very quiet and portable

Why a window a/c?????
The typical split a/c should be fine and affordable....9000 btu.
look at Lazada .....
A number of reasons. Its portable and can be moved to other rooms and taken to in laws who dont have AC.. Ease of installation and the fact that 9000btu would be overkill for such a small room. Just exploring if it as an option.

I have a small day room where I work and can watch movies if the family are watching Thai soaps. The room area is only 150sqft (14sq Metres). According to Google I only need around 5000btu air conditioner but would probably look at about 8000. . I have scoured the usual online outlets and can only find some Chinese knock offs. Midea seem to be a reputable brand but difficult to get here. Would appreciate any advice.
