True, they say British NHS does not operate outside the UK.. So why did they send 700000 vaccine doses back in April via the back door to Australia and tried to hush it up. They are disgusting..

BIG DEAL!!! That's just the U.S. government virtue signalling. The fact that it ignored its own expatriate citizens while sending vaccines to foreigners is compelling evidence that it lacks true virtuousness.
Whatever they still sent more than the UK

No evidence of that yet....
Im sure The US sent one and a half million vaccines the other week with a stipulation that 20% went to foreigners

No chance. Their stance is that the NHS does not operate outside the UK and will not send vaccine anywhere. A little bit a research back in April they sent vaccine to Australia quietly through the back door.

The US Embassy is right behind.....far, far, far, far behind. So far you can't even see.
Close the US Embassy here...complete waste of money.
And the UK Embassy is further behind them. At least the US sent some vaccine to farangs.

The UK governments response to do the same is basically met with the response that the NHS does not treat people outside the UK. But it would seem that they did send vaccine to Australia back in April which again is contradictory and a damn lie again.

First of all make sure you and the injured part are safe from vehicles hitting you.
If you are the first responder telephone emergency services.
If they happen to be wearing a crash helmet do not remove it unless its obviously causing breathing issues.
Avoid moving them unless you they are in a life threatening situation.
Avoid giving them food/drink as it may hinder treatment at hospital..
Reassure them whilst waiting for emergency services.
If you have no first aid training avoid giving treatment but if obvious high blood flow use some clothing as a pad to stem flow but not tourniquet.

Waste of time and human life.
Why not go chasing after Pedophile's or hardcore drug dealers.
Idiots wearing badges in my opinion.
Obviously someone as probably complained because they like many others were being scammed. So the Police do not know the size of the operation and have to investigate, maybe they are drug dealers as well. So you dont investigate something just in case someone commits murder/suicide? What a strange comment!.

I am quite surprised that she had stopped on a red light at this time in a morning, unless the cctv that took the picture was used for enforcement. Near me when when I am walking the dogs at 6am everybody just goes through the red light without slowing down. It is a shame not all drivers and riders are as law abiding as this lady was. RIP

I just do not understand why some schools insist on students carrying all therir books home every day.
Because the school would have to buy expensive lockers/storage. Its cheaper to store the books at home

This is taken from the forum of March this year.
Long term British expats may find themselves having to deal with a British government department with no recourse to an MP to complain to as they have long ceased to be on the electoral register. An MP will not respond to someone who is not his constituent.
To fill this gap a Liberal Democrat Peer has agreed to act on behalf on British people living overseas. There are many issues which people may have no matter how long they have lived abroad. The Peer is-

If the government says its a misunderstanding then they are saying the person they have given instructions to got it wrong and not them. With so many misunderstandings how about some clear concise instructions and direction from the top for a change.

You should know better than that, you're British. All you get is silence when the trumpets stop blowing. Our 'Island home' couldn't care less about us which is why we left.
Maybe you left because of that, I did not and just because someone says no does not mean thats it. Maybe your way not mine.

Most dont expect any help but when a once in a life time event occurs you would think that some help would be forthcoming especially as most would have paid into a government system and the difficulty off getting vaccinated here.
