Yes we are trackable by cell triangulation but I also always have my GPs off

You do know that a mobile phone that is on without having a SIM-card mounted, has been able to track by IMEI-number for about 10-15 years, right? Great solution to turn your GPS off anyway. If they whant to track you they only need your name or phone number to turn the GPS on again remotely.

It is good I am not like my old days cowboy personality as I would hate to see how that looks on paper. He went here at ..., he went here at ...., then he went to a quickie hotel at ....., then 3 hours later back to a girlie bar at ..... finally he is back at his hotel at.... 24 hours after he went out.

Do you really think that they search for the information you have contributed with? Seriously? They can´t care less about that unless you rape or kill somebody at the same time, and in that case it would be really good for them to can find you.

Sorry, I value my come and go where ever I like to be personal. There is no way they should be able to GPS or chip or over see and breathe down our necks like this. It is called communism at best.

I am sorry to say, but what you still value as something personal is actually something that disappeared 10-20 years ago. It´s just that todays wide spread modern technology makes you more aware of what always has been done. Sorry to burst your bubble, but they have been tracking you with everything you have been using that in any way have been connected to a computer for decades.

Why do you htink you hear the talk about living off the grid so much? Not even that is something new. So, Ijust take a wild step out in the unknown and scream "Holy Cow! Wake up for god sake!"

That is not something you should say to someone who is insercure, and also struggling. It could be the next jumper, who feel ashamed, because that is the main problem with most of suiciders, they struggle with insecurity and shame.

Of course Insecurity and shame leads to many other problems on the way before the final decission and time is up.

How many people do you think have taken their life after been bullied on internet fora, and of course other places in life.

What makes you even come out of your hole and state comments like this. If you come up with an idiotic thing like this man has been doing, at the same time as you are willing to share that crazyness online in an open forum. then I guess you also have to be man enough to read the answers.

Do not ever again try to blame the posters in this forum, for a persons death out of beeing bullied by the members. As I am sure you know. This is an open forum, and it´s up to the OP and the posters to publish their content. That´s also going to mean that they both get negative and positive answers and comments on their posts and threads. If a person can´t take that, then it´s just to keep away from the forums on Internet. Maybe even time to seek up a professional shrink to deal with the underlying problems.

So, now you can crawl back again.

    Some of those Female Burmese construction workers look quite cute ;

It would be nice to share my pizza with them.

This whole Baking Pizzas in a Cast Iron Pot may well be the ice-breaker that Falangs desperately need for to kindle affection from these comely construction workers.

Falangs on every floor of those open high-rises into the night feasting with the Burmese maidens.

Really? If pizza is that important, just buy one.

He could also "lose" his passport.

First you halfway suggest that he should enter Laos illegally. After that you make the hint og that he can throw his passport, so that Laos immigration would not see what´s transpired.
Do you have any more illegal, hidden in plain text, advise that you can give for free?

Yeah, "non hurtful", such as the treatment of the Jewish community between 1933 to 1945... And, can you explain why someone would have to use "racist terms and objects"?

First it was not about the jewish community between the times of world war two. Totally irrelevant to this dicussion. Back tight up on topic, so to say.

You also state that you want an explaination why someone would have to use, as you call it and refer to, "recist terms and objects" Se answer below:

As a wake up call for you. Long time ago, many of the terms that are considered to fit your little box were considered fun and thrown as hard jokes between people.
As I see it, today people are so sensitive and see every chance they have to make somebody pay for something they said that might be wrong. Weak people, in my opinion.

That´s why it´s better to live in Thailand, where people can still use this in ordinary day talk. here it is not considered as your way of seeing it. That means again your words "racist terms and objects".

Maybe now you understand that what is racist and what is not is very individual. If you are a person that can´t take a punch in life. Yeah, right! Then you moan and complain. If you can roll with the punches, then you see more open on things. Yeah! You just don´t moan and complain all the time.

Do you know where in BKK I can ask if I need work permit? Is it advisable to ask them if 5 years I was without WP in CNX?

I can not possibly answer you on if it is advisable to state that you have worked 5 years wothout. I would just try to explain the nature of the work, and ask if that requires a work permit.
In this case I would suggest that you ask the question directly to The Department of Employment at The Ministry of Labour.

no it doesnt change on the north, but I am not sure why are you trying to explain to me about Work Permit?

I asked about visa. this is my concern!

Visa is not important in your situation, but ok.

You can hold Non-O for the reasons of marriage or having a child with a thai national. You are allowed to work with that type of visa.
You can hold Non-B, which is for business and work. You are also allowed to work with that type of visa, off course.

If you are allowed to work will depend on the rules regarding work permit. If you have that or if it´s needed.
If you not have and it´s needed for your work, then you are not allowed to work
If not needed then you are allowed to work.

Hope that answers your question, as 25-30 comment already tried to explain the same.

wonder why I didnt need in first 5 years.

However, you are going to need WP for both works, if your conditions regarding the works mentioned has changed from R&D.

Above I have copied, what you just, wondered about in your reply. Guess you just missed the "if" that was written there.

As you already have been reading in the regulations posted to you regarding WP for different works, and where you not need it.
Then you should not have any more problem to figure this out, right? It´s not rocket sience, you know.

I have a contract, individual and collective one, I dont understand your point with WP???

Yes, exactly!!! Sometimes... not to mention... even inside department between divisions, not talk to each. Quite a shock for me

do you have any evedience that I need one

what kind of courses? the one that are comemricial or the one belong to program approved by HC

Dear Grandpa DipStick people have two or three professions on different continents. It is normal in R&D

Yes. not all labor is manual.

some of them have, the one that are emloyed as stuff and foreign language teacher

It is only 700 km, one of my colleague hold two positions, one in Okinawa, another one in South Africa. do you want proof ?

I must congratulate you for having such a nice and welcoming attitude, when you are asking for help in a forum. Is that something you get as a bonus with a higher academic education?
Anyway, you are going to fit right in here in Thailand. All that consider themself as upp class look down on and think they can treat so called lower population like shit.

However, you are going to need WP for both works, if your conditions regarding the works mentioned has changed from R&D.

To judge from your attitude, you already consider that you know everything. So why bother to ask?

I sincerely hope you sort it out,and not just believe something that ain´t true out of your emploters lust make things easy for themselfs. That can unfortunately end hard for you.

The same reason that everyone else stays in Thailand

That was not an answer on my question. Go back and read the original post.

For your answer anyway. Must be nice to worry all the time if you can come back to your child, your appartment, your girlfriend or your drinking pals. Or is this going to be the time they deny entry. Just stupid to stay to long time on tourist visa. To a clever and semilogical person the namne of the visa says something, but to all others not.

I always wondered why people want to stay in Thailand on a tourist visa for long (more than 3 moths)? It is a cheap place and if some one wants to retire, it is OK. A digital nomad would like to move to different places after a stint of 2/3 months in a country. So, my question is why people would stay in Thailand on a tourist visa and what they really do in Thailand?

No understanding for that either. Just filed that question, but never got the answer.
