To give the Family what they are due .

(Of course they didnt mean that they will get compensated for the death of a person , as in replace them with a clone)

I know that too. Just that people find it so easy to use words in a combination, that they do not know the extent of or the full meaning of.

Maybe "Kin of Thais who died in Israel will recieve all welfare and benefits they are entitled to" would be better. Because they will damn sure not be fully compensated.

"...Thai authorities struggled with framing an attack that targeted tourists, threatening a vital economic engine. Investigators refused to use the word terrorism and never adequately explained the motivation, dismissing it as the work of criminals angry with their crackdown on human trafficking.

Most analysts concluded the attack was the work of Uighur militants in revenge for the military government’s forcible return several months earlier of more than 100 Uighurs to China against their will..."

I suspect that the above is the problem; Thailand does not want to admit to terrorism on its soil due to concerns that it might affect tourism numbers. Further, Thailand doesn't want to label the Uiger's cause as terrorism as that might lend some legitimacy to their claims and anger China. At the moment Thailand is wholly dependent (economically) on China allowing its citizens to visit Thailand; if China closed the tourism feeder tube, even for a short time, the effects on Thailand's economy would be horrendous (see China's recent closure of its citizens visiting S Korea and the economic effects of that action).

Soooo, no one in Thailand will admit to the true reasons for the crime, but still have to prosecute it anyway.

Any one remember the board game 'Twister'?

Really good and well thought of conclusion.

I wonder if the skimmers have figured out that it’s better to get the money out of the country instead of having tens of millions in their and their families names?

Why in the world would you think that? That´s like a dream scenario in a land where people can sort out relevance from habit behaviour.

The first wave of a Tramadol witch hunt. It kills pain, that's all. It is not the scourge of youth.....OR the scourge of old age. It makes my back pain bearable. The law is not serving the people.

Who said they are pointing on Tramadol? They are getting rid of the bad copies, that sells cheaper to young people that get hooked on them for no reason. Even with back pain you should be able to figure that out. You can go on your merry way and eat your pain medicine, and really do not have to see this as a bad thing. It´s a good police doing a massive amount of good work where needed.

I am sorry but once again , how is this under tourist police jurisdiction? What authority does he have when his job is tourist police , tourist being the operative word

Why do you care about that? Did you have an interest in the making, and he finally shut you down?

Maybe but sadly have tourist attached to it, so he should police away where tourist are concerned ?

Instead you should see the positive in that somebody is making a difference in all areas.

Jittery Venezuelans on Friday rushed to shops and lined up at gas stations on concerns that a monetary overhaul to lop off five zeros from prices in response to hyperinflation could wreak financial havoc and make basic commerce impossible.

At least it sounds like the people in this country can draw logic conclusions based on analysing the facts standing in front of them. That means they actually have a chance to recover and change things to the better at a later stage in development.

Thats the "black market" price to the middle man with the markup along the way a cording how many people handle them. Can not an iphone be turned off by the factory ? I have an iphone 6 that was issued by ATT in the US and even the best here could not get it opened to work here.

If you have a mobile phones IMEI-code, then you can pretty much do whatever you like with the phone. Regarding unlocking an iPhone 6, I just guess they took you for a fool. That is something that can be done quite easy. It will cost you about 25 dollar to whitelist your iPhone 6 IMEI number in the Apple database. that can be done over Internet. You should not believe the ones that say you can use a software for software unlocking, and if you do or let somebody do a hardware unlocking that can ruin your phone totally. It will also void any warranty you might have. Good Luck!

Who...the owners of the investment company?

They are busted so they will probably get what they desreve. No, not really what i meant. I was pointing my finger on the gullible morons that just go with what they here and today belive they are running a legal business or owns a house with the land it stands on. Thoose kind of specific specimens that just blindly trust the first one saying something positive to them. You know, the once that represent the blind half who are involved in purchases amounting to 2 billion baht. :cheesy:
