Harley-Davidson Shift: Some Production Heads to Thailand
Pouatchee replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
harleys stopped being a man's bike after they stopped the shovel head in the mid 83's-84. after that bikers fixing their rides by the side of the road became a thing of the past.😜 i had a 1982 FLHC. everyone used to say shovel heads were crap... they were almost right. the problem was finding good mechanics to fix them. i got so tired of grease monkeys acting tough with their tats and lack of skills, that i learned to maintain my bike. i had more fun tinkering with it than riding it. but damn the thing could fly... -
1. it would be “loner” i am not 60 yet and have given up trying to make friends here. the schools i worked for had many foreigners, but every time i tried to make friends there were catches. brits like football, i dont. right there a major rallying theme is gone. i dont go out and drink and that is also a rallying point lost. finding genuine people here who actually have interests other than those i mentioned is difficult. 2. it also strikes me as sad and a recipe for misery now, it doesnt matter to me so much. i have my wife and our little old dog to keep me company. when you learn to adopt a solitary life it is difficult at first, but as time goes on i find that my expectations for people dont matter as much because i dont really need anyone other than my better half. someone once told me... he was a jackass but this stuck with me... 'a man must be able to be alone, but he must never be lonely' too bad such wisdom came from a scumbag

let's see how long she lasts. in less than 3 years there will be an election... she can remain in power till then as long as she doesnt mess up. to do that... stay away from selling rice, dont talk bad about the powers that be, dont put criminals in positions of power... and, finally, dont listen to daddy -

How China's Rhetoric is Turning Dangerous for Taiwanese Nationals
Pouatchee replied to Social Media's topic in World News

How China's Rhetoric is Turning Dangerous for Taiwanese Nationals
Pouatchee replied to Social Media's topic in World News
this makes for interesting reading... personally i dont know what to think. both china and taiwan claim the right to rule over the 'whole' of china. do i support taiwan? absolutely yes... but it aint black and white and unfortunately few people really know the history of modern china -

Pouatchee replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
not until the next election. had they been a challenge, for now, likely potatogarn would not have gotten the job. unfortunately puke thai can do much damage in 3 years. i wish pukethai all the worst -
