Only that I have to do it person first time. My first time was at the EEC / BOI office in Chonburi when I got my 1.5 years extension.

The app didn't accept my report. Tried the website and it did. Guess it was because of the BOI checkbox on the website. Tried to check status on the app and failed but website was OK. Guess BOI and immigration use different databases.

I bought one from TOT. 12 months. Unlimited download. Unlimited speed (tests show speed between 20-50 Mbps, normally 35 Mbps) Cost 999 baht. Downside: only works on 4G, it never goes down to 3G if no 4G coverage. Works nice for me in Pattaya.

If you looking for a good price then I can recommend First residence in South Chaweng. The soi going up to the ring road is a massage/bar street although only two bars open now,plenty of massage shops though. Close to Chaweng and Chaweng noi Beach. Easy access to both Lamai and Chaweng. Ferries run on schedule.
