I know a guy on Samui that sells bars, all his friends come and drink in his bar and a tourist thinks it's good business. When he sells the bar he opens a new one and bring his friends with him. Now the tourist have an empty bar. -
Only applies to five years license. For temporarily you have to go after it expires.

You must go after expiration. You'll get five years+time until your birthday. Utilized right you'll get almost 6 years. 5 year licence always expire on your birthday, so I go the week after.
