do youguys think people will come to thailand this winter and next spring?
As just came back from Sweden last month.
Sweden government recommends against travel outside the EU, therefore standard travel insurance is void.
No direct flights can be made and non are planned.
Conclusion: no tourists from Sweden for at least six months.

What kind of door lock was used on your hotel room in Phuket? In many cases, the hotel can tell when you enter and leave your room without ever actually seeing you.
Good point, it was electronic.

I bought the Covid insurance for 14 days, had to buy a cheap ticket to Singapore after 14days for getting my COE accepted.
Nobody checked anything after that.

There is nightly checks ( I would assume). And why somebody wants to spend for one week hotel just to enter Thailand. It smells like a scam to me.
Did 7 days in Phuket sandbox and 7 days on Samui.
Nobody checked in Phuket, on Samui my presence was reported every night.

I called my standard travel insurance in Germany, which I have been subscribing for a decade already, and which costs me 16 Euro per year and covers the whole family. They immediately told me that of course they will cover the "100,000$ and beyond" demanded by the Thai authorities.
My standard travel insurance in Sweden was void because the Swedish government recommends not traveling outside the EU.

I believe that you are not uploading correctly the documents using the small icon and confirming, the same happened to me before.
After you have selected a file from your computer, you have to click a small icon "attach" in order to attach the file into your CoE account in order to complete your CoE registration.Exactly problem I had..
