Mine in Phuket didn't. 

The one I stayed on Samui wanted me to check in at reception before 11pm, they were obligated to report to some center.

Came to Thailand 17 days ago. 

Seven days in Phuket was nice went out every night. 

Got beer everywhere, although the police came and shut down soi Bangla 11pm.

Nine nights on Samui, everything shut down. 

Sat in my friends backyard drinking beer, about 8 friends gathered there every night. 

My first night in Pattaya yesterday, most popular spot was seven bar on soi Buakhao. 

If I had friends coming I would recommend Phuket.

Cancellation due to other reasons: The refund process will start from the last SWAB was due.

Checked mine I took before leaving Sweden. 

Test date and time is recorded on my letter.

Did you apply for your CoE as Visa Exempt, with an onward ticket after 14 days and insurance cover for 14 days to meet CoE application requirements....  And then use an existing visa at Immigration once you arrived ?
