Well, of course not all are gold diggers. But anyway, even if a farang learns to understand the very special thai culture and specially if he farang honesty falls in love, then the problems are going giant! It starts by translation and continues with very different meanings & definitions of simple words - as like "love"(!!!) and many others more. Even if a thai woman lived already (as student) for years in a western country & speaks very well english (or any other language) she still is Thai and use to have her own "very special" way to translate and understand. It always (even might not outspoken) ends in this traditional (genetic?) stupid & selfish believeas a "Thai" to be a kind of superior human-being!!! 

No farang ever (I really learned to hate this word ???), even if speaks thai perfect & live here since 20 years, ever will be able to compensate that such <deleted>***** bullshit!

Long story short: accept it or don't marry a Thai!!!

Exactly. Try to contact this american & tell him to pay immediately directly to you! Since he also signed on your rental contract threat him with report for fraude, so wouldn't be able ever to get a new visa!

Hi guys, I stay in BKK with an single entry tourist visa. Can I change it at Lak Si Immigration office to an multible entry? During my stay now have to visit Cambodia & Vietnam. If I leave Thailand now I would need a new visa - so it would be usefull if I could change it to a multible entry before travel. Is it possible? How to do? Any advice?

Then use google & take time - in any doubts activate a well working VPN before your search.

You will find the original producer and the real technical specifications. Latest then you will know what it is & how it works and guess why it was mounted on your property.

I visited the bbk-bank branch in Hanoi (inside the citybank building 3 floor). They can't, saying they are under vietnamese law.

Well, I used to "live" in BKK since 2 & ahalf years, using 30-day stamps, tourist visa & extentions...

But I clearly don't work in Thailand...

Now I'm unsure because of that much rumors. I stay here in VN since 3 weeks & got my new tourist-visa already, used cash & the atm-card from Bangkokbank here doesn't work.

Should I just try - or is the risk too high?

I stay in Vietnam since 3 weeks & want go back to BKK as soon. During my stay the immigration chaged their behavior & started to check this 20'000 thb at the airport. I got my new tourist-visa already from the embassy.

But since I'm far from my condo & bank account (in BKK) I used to pay my stay here in Vietnam in cash. 

Does anyone have confirmed info how this money-check will be done right now at DMK? Will everyone be asked to show?

since I stay already 3 weeks in Vietnam & short after left BKK the immigration started to check this 20'000 thb by entry on the airports.

Is that now standart? Or do they check this only occassionally? Asking because want come back as soon. Anyone used a flight to BKK with tourist visum & can comfirm how the current acting of the immigration?
