You are in Cambodia now, since Phnom Penh refused a visa, all you can do is try 30 day exempt, maybe fly to Suwarna with Bangkok Airways instead of Air Asia to DMK, seems most issues with entry are at DMK.

 

Or hop to HCMC Saigon and apply for TR there, but I have not heard how friendly HCMC consulate is lately.

True, Saigon consulate isn't so friendly anymore. Hanoi or Vientiane would be my choice.

It's all about will power & support from an real friend. In my past (long time ago) I "dryed out" a girlfriend (just a friend) from drinking (still she's dry!) and another friend who was heavy on almost all aviable drugs (both cases at different times & locations)!

I've done it by force, total insulation & (private & discrete support) support of another medic friend.

Both cases took multible months! 

I'll never ever want to experience that again!!!

Edit: only the drinking girl still is dry. It's like stated: everything about the power of iron will!!!

I find it hard to believe that just a mental instable guy has stolen this plane... sounds to me more like the cover-up from something else.
