80 deaths with covid test positive, not for covid. Why we don't test for every other virus existing on the planet? How many deaths for heart attack? For cancer? Deaths for meningococcus? It's contagious!

555 the Dettol sprayer guy is there, the <deleted>box experiment is saved! Thank you Dettol guy!
Dettol is way too expensive. I've been in one place after these ridiculous useless and ignorant spray sessions and it smelled like deodorant for bathrooms.

So what! The mob here that aren't even in Phuket continually quoting the whole island is dead and nothing is open blah blah blah. It's not at all. Yes certain parts are all closed up of course, the island runs on tourism, but the constant rubbish rolled out on this site that Phuket is done and dusted is rubbish. You think in 4 days the island is going to be full of tourists?? Just ridiculous. Planes are coming and there are people coming. Tourist, expats returning who cares, it's generating income into Phuket and creating jobs. That is what this is all about.
Boat avenue and other places have been packed since many months. It's all expats. So what? We are on a topic that discusses the comeback of tourists and your post has nothing to do with it since there is none!

Out and about in Cherngtalay markets in Boat Avenue last night was fabulous. Lots of people enjoying the food and drinks. Great place to be in Phuket right now.
Lots of people enjoying the food and drinks in Boat Avenue= not tourists. Those are long time expats and locals .

(and you are losing big search keywords like Thai and visa in the domain.)

Agree... its not a big deal, but if she deliberately sprayed at you thats pretty rude.
I am curious though - I’ve never really experienced anything I could possibly construe as racism towards me here (with the exception of dual pricing, if one considers that racism)... even during Covid-19 times, I’ve never felt a him on any untoward attitudes....
I do wonder how you see ‘covid’ racism everyday? I’m not suggesting that it doesn’t happen, people everywhere can be total and utter tools... but, how did the covid racism towards you manifest?
Just as an example yesterday I went to a park for exercising and I've been stopped by the guard asking me details and phone number. While all the Thais were let in without being stopped..
Seen a number of times people forcing coughs and laughing in front of foreigners..

spraying you with perfume because you stink isnt racist.
spraying you so you dont get too close to her and give her covid is her being paranoid.
posting about this incidence does however, suggest you are a snowflake, no offense.
So if I see a fat person I can throw some broccoli at him and get away with it?
5 minutes ago, from the home of CC said:yes, soon as the comparison of 'blacks and the UK' came out, everything became clear lol..
It's not a racist remark. I said blacks in the UK because they are a minority just like caucasians are a minority in Thailand, not difficult to understand !

Be sure I don't stink even after a 40k marathon but I can invite you to try yourself. Let's assume I stunk like garbage, do you spray on people? Try in the UK to spray on a black person? What happens? You go to jail probably for racist act even if he just came out of the sewage

Today I happened to enter an elevator with a lady around 25-30yo probably a poor insurance saleswoman from the folders she carried but not relevant I guess. Well, she was giving me her back and after pressing the floor number she pulled up a parfum spray and sprayed it towards me while coughing to mask the spray noise. I was not ready to react, luckily. As a side note: I don't stink and I'm well groomed. Racist act or she wanted me?

The used PC got impressive hardware for editing purpose (CPU, RAM & GPU) which the reason I would pay 200 (but not 500) for shipping, and built like a tank. Maybe a trip to Zeer in Rangsit (in Bangkok) would land something that I can use for the same amount of money...
You always get what you pay for 99% of the times unless the seller is some kind of generous individual (hint: he is not) a 200 dollar impressive hardware for editing you can forget it. With 200 dollars you barely buy a 2nd hand <deleted> hardware for email and browsing. Did you ask him if it's working? Mind you mentioning the specs?

In Thailand there is everything you need you are not going to Nauru.
Yes there are socks, yes there are trainers even the latest models.
Computers cost more? 13 inches MacBook M1 in Thailand 32900thb. In the USA 1299$
32900 THB = 1050 $

As an FTT International transfer?
It's not how Wise works. They use banks located in each country so the transfer comes from a Thai entity. The description says " transfer from other bank" and the name of the sender is in Thai.

A transfer of 1,000 GBP a couple of weeks ago took less than a minute to arrive in my Kasikorn account.
It was marked as an internal transfer but I have since emailed Wise and they have marked my recipient account with a flag that should make any future transfer an international one, but they cannot absolutely promise that.
Same, the minute I sent the money I received the message of funds received on Bangkok Bank.

One of the pairs in the pic is a 10k baht shoe for racing and the other 5 ordered from Lazada ( copies ). The black pairs were put together with I think bad intentions but with a little shoe glue will last 500k. The pair on the far right, Nike Gravity, is IMO what you are looking for in a trainer. About 280 grams size 43, decent cushioning, and extremely durable.
The holes in the midsole are just some cushioning ideas. Bought a new drill and too much time on my hands.
Wish I could find the link but it was six months ago and Lazada's web site is garbage. Can only look at recent purchases. Think they were 1200 baht.
Lol do you even realize that those shoes replicate only the casing but they lack all the cushioning technology from Nike? ???? You really run with those and put Eva from Home Pro? I swear I'm laughing non stop...this is a new level of poorness. Jesus dude just buy some shoes from decathlon...no one cares seriously..

Flash express is reliable and they have many shops throughout Thailand. They are newer compared to Kerry so they have lower fees to take some cuts of the market.

A few years ago I bought an England footy shirt in Bangkok prior to the world cup comp . Shirt cost bt 150 as opposed to £40 in the UK . When I proudly wore it back in the UK watching the footy in a bar , someone pointed at the hologram on the shirt and said who the xxxx are Endland ? 555
On Lazada you can find jersey replicas also at 90 baht. I bought a couple for 150 and they look perfect except the texture of the shirt. They even have embroidered logos. I don't know how they even make money on those...

There is covid and Patong is a dead town, same will be in August or October. Plenty of empty villa and no night life anyway...

I think you need an invite for Diacord groups, I used it once. Yea one option is to take the money I wanted to use to buy the hotspot miner and buy HNT. I just bought 2, things are not so stable now, I have spent 30,000 buying a few coins just to learn a bit. I am certainly interested in mining Helium but as you say the manufactures are not making it easy
The invite is a public link you can find it googling. There not so much to learn, it is pure gambling. Go easy with it. Best of luck.
