Of course it must. They are clearly hiding the truth. I'm sure you can explain why they would do this. Or maybe, just maybe, this supports a view that few underage kids are involved in serious accidents. PH -

I would ask any US parent why many there are allowed to "play" with real guns. And I have seen many ten year olds in many countries out on roads on bicycles which, while not as powerful as motorbikes, are just as vulnerable to being hit by ther traffic. PH
