You teach second grade with a Bachelor of Education you get $60K a year, you get a master's at night while working and get a $20K raise, you get your Ed. D (again at night while you're working) and get another $20K, so you end up with a second-grade teacher that can barely do basic arithmetic and knows nothing of science or history earning $100K
