  1. Yeah, I imagine they need a lot of reading material in an MG waiting room...
  2. Because there is/was nothing illegal or unusual about entering into an NDA, the only issue is that the payment was reported incorrectly. So,Trump is effectively on trial for a campaign finance violation, correct?
  3. I'm used to looking foolish around all you really smart guys.
  4. It that why he picked Mike Pense last time?
  5. "Published" after the election but it distributed, leaked and used long before that. And of course it was all made up.
  6. I don't order the 8oz one. Is "Cafe Neros" not just Black Canyon without food? I like Starbucks, but I'm not real picky. If a place is convenient and had decent seating and ambiance, I'll try them. I generally do not get coffee to go. I think Amazon, Black Canyon, S & P, Babrika, Coffee Time, Coffee World, PunThai and any number of other shops are all okay. I've had coffee at countless shops, and I don't know that any one was a particular standout. I never "go out" for coffee. I have it several times a week when I am already out somewhere having to wait for someone, so I don't get too caught up in the price.
  7. Really? It seems the shops I frequent typically have some manner of reading material.
  8. I give up, when? I never said anything about it being published. Again, is it your position that the Trump–Russia dossier was not attempting to influence the election?
  9. It is you position that the Trump–Russia dossier was not attempting to influence the election?
  10. So, Hillary through her campaign, conspired with Christopher Steele to generate the Trump–Russia dossier for the purpose of influencing the 2016 election, but was not fined for conspiracy, but for misreporting the money that funded the dossier. Okay?
  11. So, Hillary through her campaign, illegally conspired with Christopher Steele to generate the Trump–Russia dossier for the purpose of influencing the 2016 election?
  12. Then why was she fined for it?
  13. Triple shot latte or cappuccino in a big cup at Starbucks is B160
  14. Well, she was fine for just that wasn't she?
  15. Any don't forget the tissue....
  16. Didn't Hillary illegally conspire with Christopher Steele to generate the Trump–Russia dossier for the purpose of influencing the 2016 election?
  17. So, so the state is saying that he failed to classify the payment as campaign related. Do you think they'll go after Biden for lying about Hunter's laptop?
  18. Also from the link: "M. What are the elements of a conspiracy? J. Well, there are basically 5 elements for the crime of Conspiracy. Those elements are: 1. You must have 2 or more persons who 2. Intentionally 3. make an agreement 4. to violate federal law or defraud the United states, and then 5. Commit some overt act in furtherance of the agreement. Based on these elements, we know that the crime of Conspiracy is a specific- intent crime. In other words Michelle, the government must prove that these 2 or more persons intentionally entered into an agreement to commit some criminal offense. This means that in proving that there are two (2) or more person involved, undercover officers and confidential informants would not count because they would not have the requisite criminal intent. Also, the overt act done in furtherance of the agreement must occur AFTER the agreement has been reached."
  19. And what was the crime Trump was conspiring to commit, who was he conspiring with, and what was the act that demonstrated that the agreement was being acted upon? If it was entering into the NDA with Stormy, wouldn't Stormy be a coconspirator?
  20. What I said was that I I think we all understand there is more to reproductive health services than abortion, and that there is more to gender care than mutilating children's genitals, but the left uses phrases like "reproductive health services" and "gender affirming care" to hide what is that they are actually promoting. And that most people are all for "reproductive health services", but when it comes to free late-term or partial-birth abortions, they are not. And that most people are all for "gender affirming care", but when it comes to mutilating children's genitals or providing puberty blockers that often result in serialization and or never having any sexual function, they are not. So I am not really sure what you're on about. I never claimed full term abortion was the "norm". I assume most women that kill it as soon as they know they're pregnant. What I said was that the article you linked to says things like "evidence shows" but really showed no hard data at all. I notices the link to another "viewpoint", but not surprising, no actual study was provided. I also asked you where they would they get any data to do a long-term study about kids that have been transitioned, but of course you dodged that question, because of course you don't know. In any event, it does not surprise me that only 1% of kids would admit to being sorry the had their penis cut off, particularly because when they are put on puberty blockers early, they don't even know what it is, and how great sex would have been had they never done it. What I said was that it did not surprise me that only 1% of kids would admit to being sorry the had their penis cut off, particularly because when they are put on puberty blockers early, they don't even know what it is, and how great sex would have been had they never done it. Now you are implying that kids should be "...allowed to do what the <deleted> they want so long as they're not harming others.", which I assume includes smoke cigarettes, get tattoos, shoot heroin, have their penis cut off, have their ears cut off, whatever, right? Wrong, the guy committed thousands of late term abortions, and was only convicted because he got carried away and killed at least three of them after they were born and both breathing and crying. If it does not happen, why was partial birth abortion was banned in 2003, and why did the pro abortion activists sue to have the ban struck down by the court? There are currently no term restrictions in six states and Washington, D.C.. Yes, I support abortion at any point is the mother's physical life is at significant risk, how does that go against what I have said? I would also support cutting off a boy's penis for gangrene it was going to save the boy's life, what of it? You're a schoolteacher, yes?
  21. Only if the bank is actually robbed. "Legally, a Conspiracy exists when 2 or more persons join together and form an agreement to violate the law, and then act on that agreement. The crime of Conspiracy was created to address the inherent dangers posed to society when people come together and join forces to commit criminal acts." Federal Conspiracy Law (Mp3) | Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (fletc.gov) Trump paid Stormy to enter into non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which is perfectly legal. People enter NDAs all the time and they are legal and binding. The state is pretending there is a crime because the payment to Stormy (I believe) should have been entered as campaign expense and was not. So, the state should have to prove the only reason Trump paid her was because of the election, which seems a bit silly. But of course, the state will likely not have to prove anything, because TRUMP.
  22. Yeah, after the election....
