  1. I'm not upset, but thanks for your concern. Like I said, I'm amused. So your a right-winger that votes left. Got it. Wow, I am impressed. You did not highlight it, you cut it out and then started with the name calling and what-not. No, never claimed to be an intellectual, nor have I ever gone on about how bitchin' I am in hopes of convincing someone that I am. Not dumb enough apparently.
  2. Atlanta is very blue. Palm Beach County votes blue as well.
  3. Unfortunately, he'll be termed out in two years, and will have been forgotten by the next election. If Trump gets elected, it would be nice to see him get a spot in the administration once he's done in Florida. I would much rather have DeSantis over Trump.
  4. You understand you have post a link to an article in a magazine that has automobile manufacturers as customers and you are presenting what they say as fact. In any event, is four out of thirteen is not often? Did I say all? Did I say most? I did not. I said often. Oh, and as far as the charging goes:
  5. Nothing Joe couldn't handle with that chain he (conveniently) found in the parking lot.... I
  6. I like the green as well, like a sea-foam? Reminds me of my first Sullair... I like the green Good Cats too.
  7. No, the manufacturer knows the vast majority of motors will last at least 20 years, and a twenty-year warranty is a selling point. It's the same thing. The drive train on a car in the US often gets a ten-year, 100K mile warranty, because the manufacturer knows it not likely they will have to pay out on a drive-train warranty. Again, the "bean counters" have nothing to with it, to dig out the pertinent warranty data when they are asked.
  8. By normal, rational folks I assume you mean leftists like you, yes? In any event, you're not supposed to edit posts you are replying to. What I said was: "Most everyone I know that is not of the left sees him as the lessor of two evils. Combine that, with the fact the media lies about him constantly, the law-fare clearly going on, the leftist takeover of the deep-state, the made Jan 6 debacle, the economy, social issues and the flood of illegals pouring over the boarders, and he looks pretty good to a lot of people. Not to you and other leftists, but to a lot of people. Biden and the left cares nothing about the "average American working man", and in fact has contempt for him. The average American working man knows this, and that is why he supports Trump. Just look at who supports Biden, and who supports Trump." I'm always amused by the people here that fancy themselves intellectuals but that are not able to actually formulate a response and have to constantly resort to cut-and-pasting what others say.
  9. So how long does it take for your toilet to fill with the valve just cracked open?
  10. My washing machine came with a 20-year warranty on the motor. The "bean counters" have little to do with what the length of the warranty is.
  11. What part of what I said confused you?
  12. If Trump weren't running, DeSantis would likely be the Republican nominee.
  13. Yes, Palestinians will be free, from the river to the sea, but we love Jews, wink-wink-nudge-nudge
  14. Sorry, when you said "flow restriction tap" I thought you meant something special.
  15. Again, have you not seen the protests? Do you think those are Republicans? Hove you looked at any polls? In any event, it only matters what Jewish American voters think, not what you think.
  16. No, what I said was: "If it was reasonable to expect the battery to be at 70% after 20 years, car companies would be guaranteeing that. They are not." Battery warranty is a big selling point, not so with televisions and whatnot. The manufacturer know the warranty will cost them money. They want to maximize the warranty they can provide without it costing them too much. You do not seem to really want to address what I have said.
  17. What assertion is that? Have you not seen the protest in the US? Does Vox not report on Israel?
  18. So, you just have a valve on the toilet like most everyone else. Do you turn it off after you use the toilet? I use a solenoid valve to control the pump that fills my roof tank.
  19. Isn't it amusing the Biden supporters pointing at Trump's "cognitive decline" ? Where Corn Pop when you need him?
  20. I don't see Republicans protesting on campuses and at the capital chanting river to the sea, Putin will be free.
  21. No, but it does mean that the manufacturer expects the warranty will start costing them money. And I drove a '53 F-100 for over 20 years, and it was 29 years old when I bought it. The guy I sold it to still has it. What is your point? Did you check the warranty before you bought the TV? Is the warranty a big selling point for TVs? People do compare worries on cars, and they are a fairly big selling point.
  22. And (I am pretty sure) Hayley has said she will support Trump as well.
