I believe most misunderstand what truly living is, and looking the wrong places, or trying to hard to do things they think making them living to the fullest. For me it is great to realize a good life is just doing normal things on daily basis. Technically impossible to loose so much bodyweight in such short time unless we talking about water dehydration. It is not healthy. Im on a 300 - 500cal deficit a week and loose stady 0,5 a week. Some weeks nothing, another week up to a kg, all depending on how much water I drink. On a deficit restricted diet, and or high protein diet, you need to drink alot of water, and make sure you get enough sodium. As well other essential nutrients. Living in Thailand min 3l clean water, up to 5. Not counted coffe or any other drinks as coconut water, sports drinks to cover your electrolytes
