Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Hummin replied to Chris.B's topic in The War in Ukraine
God sake, no, not support of Russia, and for an outstander seeing bbc report and documentaries long before the last invasion, it could for an outstander seem to bee a very delicate situation, as well Us, European and Nato involment before the last invasion. And have to give Putin right at one point getting strategic locked in, and surrounded by Nato and European allies as well the anti missile weapons in poland where bay of pigs comes to mind. This is world politics, and how it works, unfortunate for the Ukraines. -

Considering your sources 🤔 And the denial of a human catastrophe, what do you expect? Again, we are arguing about the same, where I say it is two parts, who have done aar crimes and terrorism, and you deny Isreal doing any of those. Unicef, human right organizations and UN have several reports about Israels and Israeli settlers crimes, and you live in denial. -

Exactly, I see two equal evil, brothers in blood, hurting each other, You see? Whos gullible? -
And? I thought I said, we both benefit from each other, so I see no controversy about my posts. There have to be a balance, and especially when we have a farm together all in her name, she and her parents have to contribute, and when me and my wife travelling more than 6 months a year, everything is covered without me spending all my savings on them. Im going to be the first who pack my bags and leave, if I feel Im going to be taken for a ride. And I think most miss out on that one, because they invested to much feelings, and money, and therefor do not see a way out. Thats a problem for many expats in Asia. I still have a life at my orign country.

How long lasted the boarder conflict, who was involved, and how many civilians died. Where there conflicts between Ukrainians and the russians in Ukraine, and did Ukraine had private armies who violated human rights? -
One more hour outside, and then time to start the ac and go inside again. ppm76 only so far today. At least had 4 1/2 hour outside today this morning, and hopefuly 2 in the afternoon. When I come back , Im thinking of building in the balcony, insulate the walls, and double glazed windows, solar panels, and 24 000btu aircon on 36m2 and aircleaner, but Im afraid, I will start looking for an out from here now. Would help with the mosquitoes also.

Everything is about balance in the world, and I could agree to some degree, it should have been struck a deal with Putin before this went to far, but know we are here at this point! Both parts violated the borders, killed innocent civilians, russians shot down an civil airplane, and there where russians suffering in Ukraine because of the situation. Ukraine was corrupt and had private right wing armies, all this is true, but still, Putin attacked civilians when he invaded, and still do, Backing out now, would be as bad as the retreat from Afghanistan, and leave a chaos and a humanitarian chaos as the west alliance loose all credibility. Who can ever trust The west alliance ever again? -

Your regime is not for everybody! Im not commenting on each and one has proven scientific benefits or not, but I would be concerned about some few could interact negative together, and especially if you are on any other prescription medication. How often do you do bloodwork? Where do you get your inspiration from? I found several promising youtube gurus, very often some kind of dr, who claim they are science based, but true for all of them, at one point they get corrupted and click driven. I have found for me who exercise +- 12 hours a week. Whey protein Bcaa with electrolytes Creatine Vitamin d Turmeric curcumin Omega3 Rich food in nutrients, meat, fish, eggs, beans, nuts, oatmeal, vegetables, fruit, fresh coconut water, youghurt, 4-5 liter of water pr day If I did not work out, I would skip whey protein, bcaa and creatine, no need if you manage to eat balanced and enough makros for your lifestyle. I tried to add lions mane and chaga, but it is all about what you feel you need, akd how much youare going to digest during a day.

it is all about choosing a dog that fits the owner and the family. Sad to see so many have no clue about dogs, and choose wrong breed for the climate and also the potential damage they can do to a dog by picking wrong breed. A normal soi thai dog will fit most families, and also notice when intruders coming inside the fence. Very little maintanence and training needed.
