  1. There is plenty of researches, and you can pick exactly what suits you. Seniors should not drink to much protein shakes, but eat protein rich food was one research I read refered to. and also several researches point to if lowered kidney function, 0,6 to 0,8 g protein pr kg body mass another one I read. But as said, you will find any research about protein fit your view, so, again up to us a users to find out what fits us. Im quite happy with my body mass, and my protein intake so no need for me to change anything there, and on the conservative side even I do 12 hours a week exercise where 6 hours is heavy weigh lifting.
