Buy from lazada at your peril, bought a cheap Chinese one, dead battery and the date would not set. Not a good enough reason to return it apparently, turns on but that's about it, does not record any longer either!

If you walk past a Travel Agent shop in the UK, look at the exchange rates, currently £1 = 33 Baht!!
My mate got 35 in Feb in a Bkk hotel, took him to super rich where at least he got 39. Right he said lets buy a drink, can't mate it's 2.30, he thought I was joking. This was after he got ripped off as soon as he landed for the unpaid 'tax' on a tour and pick up he had already paid for which came to a mysterious 1k. Not impressed with Bkk he moved on to Kho Samui where he was last in 1988, it was somehow not quite the same, he's never coming back!

Wash out condoms and re use, save's the planet from all that rubber down the wc
Instead of carpet stick two squares of it to your slippers, you can't tell the difference
Don't use toilet paper of course, spray it all over the place with one of those bum guns
Don't waste energy watching the tv, it's all rubbish anyway
Don't think just because it says 'organic' on the packet that it actually is, probably not as you know it.
Do not feed soi dogs or cats and on no account 'adopt' one, they all need to die.
Don't waste time here with religion, unless you believe you can bribe god for various rewards
Please don't come back in a couple of months and tell us you fell in love with the culture ????

Things must have changed, my mate married an illegal immigrant who had managed to get a nice housing assoc flat in London. After she wangled not being deported she collected 16k for moving out and bought somewhere for 43k, now worth 300k. I guess too many doing similar ended up in a crackdown?

They have a few advantages, don't bleed, don't argue as much, don't get pregnant and are normally more intelligent than most Thai woman.

It would have been much more easy to learn how to appreciate morlam music. Now he is thinking everyday on how to give back on you.
Rave music, not morlam

2 days ago she announces we need a new vaccum cleaner = 5k
Today the tyre on the car blew up = 5k
This is just out the blue stuff..
At least it's not expensive bags, perfume and watches she sees on facebook and that her mates get.

The Nation isn’t improving, an obvious spelling mistake in the first sentence, impressive.
There again pine might be more edible than some of their pies ????

I know a few burly Maoris you could repeat your comment to who would just laugh and give you a cuddle. Some might give you more than a cuddle!
They used to be cannibals so the tats are fitting, probably the worst of all tats. People look sad when they get into their old age sporting saggy faded tats from decades before.

The dog is probably clever enough to guide her somewhere decent to eat anyway. Only ever bought one thing in Macdonald's in Dublin 1981, that was enough!

AXA have increased the premium by 40% as I expected after a bash so Sinsap have been suggested, at least that is what it sounds like. Anyone have any experience of it as cannot find any website for them, possibly in Thai only.

Lot of different figures. What is the cost anyway?
This year I did it myself because, well because. However, if Chiang Mai reverts back to the mob scene mayhem of years gone by, I could see doing it by an agent.
As in I have all the documents copies signed etc., 800k salted, seasoned, totally legal legit and ready to go. The agent would not need to assemble any paperwork. I would have done that. This would be just another renewal of the extension for reasons of retirement. All the agent is doing is taking it in to get it done fast and with no hassle.
Any Chiang Mai real time quotes on that? Just thinking about next year.
Now that I posted this ... thanks for your post up yodsak
They are different for different services, the cheap number is just for filling out the form and taking you there then queue jumping, for the types who have difficulty finding the toilet. The high figures are for payment to IO to ignore the lack of bank funds.

If not illegal you don't need them then, any more than you do to fill out the form and get a queue number. If you think what they do is legal just ask at your office next time- excuse me I don't have the funds in my account can I just pay you 17k for a retirement extension, I know it's legal cos I saw an ad for the same service on the internet. ????

What good does 'compassion' do except let the soppy hearted feel good? they call it virtue signalling. Better to put more resources into stopping people smuggling and sending them back home when caught.
