Could not agree more. We have helped over 300 and have 22 at home. Never been bitten once. Dogs mirror their environment so expect to be bitten if you're unkind to one. They need to stop the cloud seeding we have had enough. This is the longest rainy reason I can remember. When they sold the rain making technology to Indonesia recently they admitted to still doing it on the pretext that the dams where only 50 percent full. Rice farmers here are having their crops ruined and for what. It's completely preventable.

Where I live in Thailand it's all Thai boy racers and instead of the Police doing anything they actually facilitate the race. It's a nightmare at night.
