There is no comparison at the moment with the aud$ scraping dregs, In Australia it cost me less than in Thailand, I breath clean air, near a beach with clean water, cook my own food, no gmo's, yes i have a gf 😀, no 90 day reporting, no visa, free medical, follow a keto diet and exercise regularly 😀

Polaky replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
Foolish woman, abandoning her roots, and for what ?, wait until they sting her tax for all her tiktok rewards, or if she goes fowl of a ladyboy, or gets scammed, or kicks a thai doctor, and she better hope she doesn't need medical treatment otherwise it will be gofundme.- 124 replies

Thailand Cuts Visa-Free Stay to 30 Days to Combat Abuse
Polaky replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Might not even happen, it has to be put to the board members for a vote, if it does happen it won't happen overnight going by past experiences, as far as the Russian's go, if Trump and vlad do a deal then there will be a mass exodus back to mother Russia, USA is not in Thailand's best interests atm, imposing sanctions, fat lot of good sanctions did on Russia, except for the very rich. -

Recently had an appointment to see a urologist, he quoted me $4000.00 for rezum, but insisted I try medication first, before taking said medication I studied the side effect, holy molybdenum no thanks, I have chosen to treat myself naturally, keto diet, have lost 5kg over 6 weeks, and it is working much better, the reasoning is that if you lose weight, your prostate also loses weight, I make a bunch of different drinks to aid including acv, Turmeric, etc, but now at 76.3 kg I cannot get much thinner without looking ghastly, but that price he quoted me for rezum appears to be very attractive compared to Thailand, especially for Americans and their strong dollar.

Anyone on a ketogenic diet whilst living here in Thailand?
Polaky replied to advancebooking's topic in The Wellness Zone
I was surprised to learn that my ideal weight for my height 5'11", is between 72 to 75kg, I was 82kg, after a month of keto 79kg, only one meal per day at 5.00pm, coffee in morning, it is struggling to go below 79kg, but I will stick with it, determined to get down to 72kg, exercise every second day with weights, no beer, occasional whiskey or vodka, I can see a marked improvement in my Bph, and found that if your body loses weight so does your prostate. -

Yet they will not face any assault charges even though there is proof, justice here is non existent, most of the comments are for the ladies, until they themselves are at the receiving end. -

I must be immune to the claimed health benefits, tried many, Turmeric with black pepper, Tongkat ALi, chilli, ginger, creatine, zinc, vit d, l-cittruline, moringa, saw palmetto ,magnesium, and the list goes on, my health remains the same, cannot see any benefit what so ever, wish I could get my dollars back on these witch doctor remedies 😆 -
I take it once a day, with the mother, dilute in lemon juice and water, helps with bph., only use real lemons which are hard to come by in thai.

Those who say never are gullible, often I have to question the bill, they don't apologise for their mistake and are reluctant to reimburse you, and they never take responsibility, only talk back at you in thai, when they know you don't understand, but 98% of the time no issues.
