There is a website and an app to stream movies. The website works best for me using Firefox browser on my android box. Brave browser works but not so well for me. Your experience may be different depending on your software platform/browser. I looked at the app and it didn't work too well on my android box. Other android devices may have a different experience. I've just installed Kodi 19.3 from the google playstore on my Minix U9-H which is android 7.1.2. Then I added the Crew repo & video add-on (how-to from Troypoint). The add-on works fine. So that seems to rule out my initial theory of an incompatible android level. Sorry I can't help further.

What version of android is your box running? Is it compatible with Kodi 19.x?

You don't need a medical certificate for an extension of stay based on retirement. A medical certificate is only required when applying for an O-A visa in your home country.
