    I'm not sure where you did your research but Dr.Damkerng Pathomvanich at the DHT Clinic and Dr Kongkiat Laorwong at the Absolute Hair Clinic are generally recognized as the best HT surgeons in Bkk. Certainly they are the ones recommended on the major hair forums. Dr.Damkerng is by far and away the most experienced surgeon and has personally trained many of the other HT surgeons operating in Asia.

    OMG.........this is a good example of why it's just not worth posting on forums. You try to add something that will help other people but then some clubhead wants to twist things round to suit their own narrative. Some people really do need to get a life.

    I did my extension a couple of weeks back and the IO wanted a receipt of my last 90 day report (which I didn't have with me) before handing my passport over. She did eventually give me my passport but warned me to have a printout for any future extensions - so just be aware that they might try to trip you up with that requirement.

    IB are good in some areas but they charge for data so they may be more expensive depending on how you trade.

    When you say your "Tax Residence is Thailand" did you have a Thai tax number when you registered with your broker?

    It should also be noted that funds held in UK offshore banks are NOT covered by the UK's Financial Services Compensation Scheme so your cash will not have the same standard of protection it would get if you saved with a bank or building society based in the UK. The Isle of Man for example has their own Depositors Compensation Scheme which is limited to £50,000 per individual depositor.

    He is referring to Standard Bank Isle Of Man and, yes, they are a South African Bank. In my experience, Standard Bank were the easiest to deal with when trying to set up a UK Offshore Account. https://international.standardbank.com/international/personal

    No, there wasn't a big wage disparity in football in those days. In 1971 Keegan was earning £25/week plus £10 win bonus playing for Scunthorpe in the 4th tier. He was offered £45/week to sign for Liverpool which he negotiated up to £50/week.
