Yes, I'm in the same position as yourself. It was my intention to apply for a TIN and file a return but about a couple of weeks ago I visited my local tax office with all relevant docs and the lady official informed me that there is no need to file as your remittances are well before the D/A although, she didn't ask if I was employed here.

Grow up Khun Heineken, even my teenage daughter could complete a Thai tax return without having to go through an agent as you yourself stated earlier. You must have more money than sense.

Can you not scan your tax bill and save to pictures and have google translate the image(s) to the English language? As far as having the translated version verified, that's a different matter.
