  12. As I've stated in other threads, my state pension is also under the D/A, so there is no need to apply for a TIN and file a tax return although it's Important to keep records from last year. Don't listed to Heineken the continuous scaremonger.

  14. Concur. In short, if the deductibles and allowances (D/A) outnumber the foreign remittances, there is no need to obtain a tax ID and file a tax return.

  18. The prosecutor has decided to indict Dr. Boon Vanasin, founder of Thonburi Healthcare Group, and 15 others for committing investment fraud involving more than 16 billion baht. Boon has fled the country since September of last year, while his wife and daughter, who are also suspects in the case, have been arrested.
