  1. Yes, highlight the bit where I say he should be put in prison, and as you claimed, before following the justice system. At no time have I said Netanyahu should be put in prison before following the justice system. Which is why you can’t produce any stately from me in which I say such a thing. “jumping the gun by having him in prison before following the justice system procedure.” In the absence of such statements, how about addressing the article in the OP?
  2. Just point to the bit where I suggested putting him in prison.
  3. Can you point to the bit where I have suggested putting him in prison?
  4. The implication you yourself apply is a non sequitur. I don’t imply anything of the sort. The article states Natanyahu extended the war to keep himself out of prison and makes reference to opportunities to end the war that he did not take up together with acting to end a ceasefire. I have made no statement on ‘all conflict in the middle east’, that too was something you yourself inserted.
  5. You should perhaps read the article.
  6. You are confusing political self interest for democracy. I would prefer the war not be extended and expanded to keep Netanyahu out of prison.
  7. The New York Times confirming what many suspected. As the NYT is behind a paywall I’ve linked a summary of the NYT report from common dreams.org https://www.commondreams.org/news/netanyahu-gaza-war MOD EDIT: Troll baiting slur removed @Chomper Higgot
  8. Yet more obscenity and of course always excuses, obfuscation and attacking those who bring this to our attention. Well it turns out we have another source for news of this obscene plan: “Israel Katz said he has ordered Israel’s military to prepare for establishing a camp, which he called a “humanitarian city”, on the ruins of the city of Rafah, Haaretz newspaper reported.” ”Humanitarian City” has a perverse ring to it, perhaps the Israelis could knock up an iron sign bearing the inscription “Humanitarian City”, mount it over the gate where Palestinians will enter, be screened and once inside not allowed to leave. “Palestinians would go through “security screening” before entering, and once inside would not be allowed to leave, Katz said at a briefing for Israeli journalists.” Let’s never hear this again: ”If only we had known what was happening”. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/jul/07/israeli-minister-reveals-plan-to-force-population-of-gaza-into-camp-on-ruins-of-rafah
  9. I think it all started with burning a Catholic, so no surprised who’s engaging in this latest display of hate.
  10. Did I say ‘big Republican lobby donations’?
  11. Precisely. AOC overthrew the ‘establishment’ candidate, speaks for ordinary working Americans and packs out auditoriums across America.
  12. More to the point, why is the rightwing media paying so much attention to Mamdani?
  13. Macron is right: “The British people had been sold a lie that leaving the EU would make it possible to fight more effectively against illegal immigration.” He insisted that migration issues require “cooperation, a European approach,” rather than the isolated promises of “populists.” Pointing out that the UK now has “no migratory deal” with the EU, Macron warned that this “creates an incentive to make the crossing, the precise opposite of what Brexit had promised.” All that ‘we want our borders back’. You got them back and couldn’t control them. A demonstrable Brexit fail.
  14. Starmer chose. It to throw more good money after bad. And yet more ad hominem.
  15. The Rwanda scam, over £700,000,000 pushed away to deport 4 people who volunteered to be deported.
  16. I didn’t say it was fake news. I said ‘It’s always somebody else fault’. And off you on another of your customary ad hominem.
  17. I’m very aware of Fetterman’s voting record. I don’t know whether you’ve noticed but Mamdani’s positions are left of most of the Democratic Party, though seemingly popular with NY voters. Addressing my actual comment, I also pay attention to who funds Fetterman.
  18. Off you go then. Though to be honest it doesn’t seem to have worked so far.
  19. And the young vote Mandani is mobilizing.
  20. Fetterman, worth every red cent lobbyists pay him.
  21. Uncomfortable truths.
  22. In a sign of which way all things Trump are going, MAGA have started burning their hats. I do hope they are taking precautions not to breathe in the resulting toxic fumes: https://www.express.co.uk/news/us/2080386/donald-trump-supporters-burn-maga-hats-fury-client-list-cover-up/amp
