That’s certainly a reason not to like Trump, he reneges on deals, stiffs contractors, doesn’t even pay his lawyers. He could have written a book on ‘The Art Of Breaking A Deal’.

And have zero opportunity to challenge any of it as it is presented live on camera to the nation. That’s a loss to Trump who wishes to play this out in the court of public opinion.

It was Trump’s lawyers who drew up the NDAs, they obviously didn’t draft the document to avoid infringing the rights and freedoms of the employees. Or maybe that was the whole point. NDAs are frequently used to suppress individual’s rights, the court agreed this to be the case. Thankfully the abusive application of NDA’s is being addressed elsewhere too. I said at the time, committing a crime is one thing, signing your name on the evidence and submitting it to the National Archives is another level of criminal stupidity. Excellent news. And well done Jessica Denson, once again demonstrating its women who have the cojones to face down Trump. Trump will of course be delighted that hundreds of his former staff have had their freedom of speech returned to them.

And as evidence and testimony against Trump are presented to the court and the cameras your lawyer can sit at the back of the court room and say nothing. Trump will not be represented as these evidence and testimony are written into the court records and the public discourse.
