A number of individuals have successfully defeated the Government’s attempt to deport them to Rawanda and in doing so demonstrated beyond doubt that the Government was in their case acting unlawfully. So we have it demonstrated in the High Court that without the assistance of NGO’s the Government was prepared to, and in the process of, deporting people out with their legal rights. The hearings will not convince hardline pro-Trump of anything, they will cement the views of those who oppose Trump but neither of these groups will decide the next election. The target audience is the middle between these two opposed groups. Revealing to this large and electorally important body of the public what happened on Jan 6, who organized, funded the attack, who was responsible from top to bottom. Importantly explaining, with evidence, that this was an organized, funded seditious attack on the Democracy of the United States. People with their thumbs stuffed in their ears while screaming to drown out truth and facts don’t matter, they aren’t going to listen, they don’t care, they are offended by the exposure of the lies they’ve swallowed and they are far out numbered by the moderate middle.
