Advertised on TVF. And Google. Must be legit ? They would not advertise illegal services.
Or would they ?

Historians generally agree he existed, even R Dawkins.
He's mentioned in Roman history books and others. Nothing special at the time, not the son of a god.
No evidence of a virgin birth, rising from the dead, performing miracles, Just a normal person with a bit of a following. After his death things get wildly exaggerated, and a third of the world is now christian. Not bad in the space of 2000 years.

So what's the line on how long before the place opens under new management? That's a fairly large piece of real estate. Two months?
No way, not with a 5 year ban.
Probably 4 months. The 'for rent' sign has been removed. Was up for about 4 weeks.
The neon signs also. Coming Bar no longer exists. It is no more.
'No parking' bollards outside. Bit of action going on. Oriental looking guys milling around.
Won't be long now.

Looks like that might be office-dependent. See the post below.
Post below is a talking about a legit DIY visa. Non agency.

This is seeming to get more difficult every year!People with agency visas do not have to show 400k. ...
If the IO can waive 800k before and after then he can waive 400k.

Waived by whom, when?
The IO when the agent applies for your visa.
3 hours ago, Exploring Thailand said:what about the 400k during the entire period. Don't you have to provide proof of that?
No.

Can anyone offer an explanation for the slight resurgence of the pound against the baht in recent days?
Check the internet. Slight resurgence is a 4.4% rise. The largest 2 day jump since 2009.
The FTSE 250 also up 4.2%. Biggest one day gain in over nine years. 21 firms with gains of at least 10% .

see no reason why it wouldn’t drop to 25 baht to the £1 after Brexit and possibly even lower.
A bit pessimistic. No financial analyst in the world is predicting 25 after a no deal Brexit.
That would be £/$0.82. The UK is the worlds 5th largest economy.
A Brexit with a deal will push the £ higher.
$1.15= ฿35/£ $1.10 = ฿33.5 /£ $1.05= ฿32/£
$1.30 would be ฿39.5 /£ Now at 38.51
