  1. Defragging is useless practically. Somehow most of the registry cleaners are the same. I had CCleaner, but they had some kinda scandal and since than  I have tried dozens of clones and optimizers. I could find one working program out of dozens of snake oil. Since I do not want to advertise it the first letter is "W" and it has a number in its name 365.

About Microsoft, I am rather sceptical. Whatever problem I had to solve, I consulted with Microsoft pages and found no real solution to my problem. There are a number of good tuning sites, youtube where you can understand the problem and they show you the possibilities of fixing it.

Otherwise, I think Linux is better and no need to use any "optimizers".

The waiver is given if you do not qualify for a teaching license.

Practically Kurusapa asks if you have BA degree or not. Waiver or permission covers the same permissions. The running time is also the same. Kurusapa is not in a position to decide if your grade is good enough to teach you English or not. That is TOEIC, even if it is one of the clumsiest ways to check someone's English knowledge. Surely no one will check you if you are able to teach or not.

  3. I would highly suggest Sungnai Kolok and Kota Bharu. The border at Sungnai Kolok is always polite and fast. I have visited every border and embassies, with the exception of Myanmar and I daresay Kota Bharu is the best embassy around here.

Penang has introduced some restrictive regulations and you may spend some extra days.

    1. It depends upon the bank you try to open an bank account at.

2/4. Not sure. That question is best asked on the Teaching in Thailand Forum .

    3. After you get the work permit you will then need to apply for a extension of stay at immigration near the end of the 90 day entry you have now for the non-b visa.

After you have the extension you will need to do reports of staying longer than 90 days in the country if you stay that long.

    1, Kassikorn will accept

I don’t think they are happy living away and have their lives taken apart from their families. But I can tell you that the generals are happy without a chance in hell that they will be indicted and convicted for stealing and a bag load of corrupt practices. What a travesty.

This is a  country of no consequences.

  6. Absolutely correct. Killing a cop the sentence is nothing at all, not even trial, killing your husband, after a death sentence, you can go home, than abroad, killing tourists on an island, burmeses did it. Smoking an e- cigarette 10 years on secure prison. I 'd vote for death penalty telling the truth, but Thailand is a law follower country and consequent

  7. I have been living here for eight years by now. Lived about 3 maybe 4 education plan and neither of them was successful. Who made those plans and why not updated schemes, God only knows. The education system, similar to almost everything in  Thailand is for showing and protecting face. Nothing really serious about the plans, nothing new and nothing which could change the tendency.

The last "wonder gun" is spelling words. Prathoum 3,4 and up, they cannot say a sentence but forced to spell important words, like a moustache. No one uses in any serious language schools outside of Thailand, here it is a gov' regulation.

Expensive uniform, even in poorer schools are very important, how to greet elders, teachers, not important...

  8. Sadly, it is not unheard of riding or driving stoned. Neither wrong lamps.

Sometimes I see the same teenagers after having something. ganja or Coke mix and ride a garbage as it were a perfect vehicle and they were clear. Very dangerous.
