20 minutes of stretching exercises first thing in the morning. I test balance by standing on one foot for 30 seconds. 20 minutes of cardio before dinner.
Walking 2 km, climbing 10 flights of stairs, playing golf, and swimming in between.
My blood pressure is normal, no medication. My resting pulse rate is usually below 60 bpm.
I consider mental exercise to be equally important.
