Too expensive for me (using for immigration only 🤔). It's about 14000b.

Cartridges were expensive and after market cartridges did not worth refill even once. I refilled the original cartridge 2 times (each time about more than 500 copies), but little by little it got lines on its drum (appear on copies). So 2 times refill max.

I have an inkjet printer (with ink tanks on the side) that print heads clog out every once in while. 500baht every time for cleaning and the guy says that I must use it at least once a week (😆),otherwise this is going to happen again (500). I'm not sure if replacing printheads is right thing to do and it will work for long. How you deal with your inkjet (do you have the same problem or it's only mine 🤔) or do you own a laser ? I decided to buy a B&W laser. HP or Brother?

In fact knowledgable builders know what they are doing, but most cheap builders never care or even don't know that itraps or vent are needed. Good built condos or hotel do have both. In Japan there is no vent, but they chose pipes over size for ease of air movement. I did all plumbing for my house including vents and traps. I did all the plumbing from back of the house and under. No pipe in walls (I understand that won't be possible for all floor plans. Toilet tank head is 50cm higher than ground. Install traps under your house if it is possible and don't use smaller than 2" pipe if possible.

EV will be replaced by hydrogen powered vehicles. Hydrogen is greener than electric. But as usual auto industry need to make $ as much as possible by EVs before next generation. EV life span is noting near diesel, but buyers idea is saving on fuel cost. In the US EVs are pretty much all "leased", not owned. That's why it makes a big difference. We will see how much repair cost of EVs will be after warranty period.

You are very lucky to have a place like that, but I don't think such place is available for many others or easy to find.

I feel isolated in islands. Too much hassle to out/in especially at older age. Living in an island can't be my last destination. It is great to live there for sometime though, but I believe islands are great only if I want to live as a tourist sometime.

There are unknown auto pump that are cheap, roughly ฿2000 with lower wattage. I assume that what you found @ 350W could be just a pump, not an Auto. Mitsubishi and Hitachi auto pump start at 150W and up. I've seen auto pumps at Global House for less than ฿2000, but I'm sure you can find it even cheaper on line.

I don't know about CS, but my US bank stoped sending code by email while ago. I asked the reason last year when I was there. They replied that I need to use US phone number on file (no given reason). I figured smaller banks won't comply with customers needs, in fact their own ease of work or less risk is a priority.
