    You are right. In fact if I were him I would use tin studs from floor to ceiling and screw Gipson boards to those studs without any wall to wall supports and have insulation between only.

    I have seen such condition. Q-con wall was full of cracks and then was fixed by simple wall patch and looked perfect, but the fact is sound will pass through cracks since the cracks were not filled by filler. One layer of Q-con won't be sound proof anyway.

    There is no tax for US income up to $12000. What is the max tax free in Thailand ?

    Is the AC level ? Or at least a little slop toward its drain ? To clean evaporator I spray bleach about 1L (1/4 water) every 2 or 3 months. If evaporator not getting near freezing point and sweats mold could grow on it.

    Wise asked for my ID and SS # (Americans). I'm in CA at this moment, not sure why they asked me now !!! Or my correct location caused this 🤔 I was about to transfer 1k only to my account in Thailand. Have been asked for SS # recently ?
