    COD "pay by bank transfer". I don't use CCards and never pay for anything in advance????. shipping delay, no problem. If they want my money they better be quick. ????

    I try to keep my life simple/less headache. I don't care much about those little attractions. You do what is right for you.

    Cash is king. buy COD, pay by bank transfer and never transfer from you major accounts. Only transfer from a low balance account for this purposes/ATM. ???? I use CCard only for international tickets (in Thailand).

    You can use a 3500W water heater with a regular outlet, but as long as you keep the heater control at 2/3 (approximately @ 2000W) . Never go for max. Even though the outlets are 16A, but it does not mean that you can use them at that rate (as Crossy pointed at) Or just make a special line for water heater from breaker box.
