    There is legitimacy in some members who fear this sort of thing. Just look at the CCP in China and how they control their people. Millions died in world wars to prevent this sort of control over people..

     

    ..and it always starts off looking innocent..

     

    ..although on this occasion some forum members may be thinking into this too much. Contact tracing is required to manage covid outbreaks and there is no tracing app to download or take with you. This is an app for checking in and out of premises.

    Does the 90 day report reset when you do your 1 yr extension.

You must come see me at this desk.  After apologizing in both English and in Thai he said OK he will not fine me.

    I hope that you told him that his 90 day system is a joke whilst simultaneously slapping his face with a wet fish?

    As I already mentioned, Covid 19 doesn't mutate quickly hence why a vaccine is totally possible. Those other virus you mention all mutate quickly which is why a vaccine is more difficult to produce although for flu there is a variant of the vaccine issued every year.

    That’s right the fine was for a different occasion. From memory it was the visa extension date.

     

    anyhow I’ve been calling the immigration call centre number for the past few days to try and confirm but there was no reply on both days.

     

    so I travelled to immigration division 1 today 8th from the other side of town only to be told to come back the following day on the 12th after holiday.

     

    a total waste of time going today. I thought the immigration staff could have been a bit more helpful today. I will go back on Tuesday.
