As I see it the best advertising to sell land in those small remote villages is by word of mouth from locals.

Maybe they are just using stock photos of actual furniture. If not, what sort of scam are you suggesting this is?

He must have been moving I have owned a couple of Porsche so I know what they are capable of, I guess another problem in Thailand is with insurance companies who in their right mind would insure an 18 years old, I was in my 40's and could only get owner driver insurance for mine get caught drink driving insurance null and void
When I was about 19 I owned a ford escort and went around a bend too fast and met a tree.
Same outcome except my ford was worth about 200 quid.... I learned the lesson much more affordably and luckily no one was hurt, only the ford.
18 year old (except for potentially young racing drivers) + super car = no brainier guaranteed accident

Was it the same organization who said at the start of this pandemic right after human-to-human transmission was discovered --> 'no need to restrict Chinese air travel' and 'masks won't make a difference'

AMAZING THAILAND: Simply bring along your vape pen across the border with you and get to spend up to 1 year in a Thai prison for FREE! (unless we decide to fine you as well)

the photo in the ad shows a plot of land marked in red that doesn't even look like 1 rai
Is there some confusion in the ad maybe?

How about this idea...
Sell all the gold jewelry and invest the proceeds in renting bunch of fit and young pattaya under 26 year old ladies to navigate the boat and ...ahem.
Fly them and yourself to one of the Islands and rent a yacht for a week.
Don't forget 6 bottles of vodka and lemon and 2 crates of Leos for the ladies etc etc...
Create some fond memories...
...those were the days. -

You've not noticed the western governments saying people don't have to pay their rent, and you can't evict them then?
Of course there is risk with anything.
although all my own tenants have paid on time without a problem.
I’m open to better suggestions of reliable income?
pension fund? - by the time I get to retire there will be no state pension fund and private pensions are simply poorly managed funds.
im open to other suggestions

So she steps out doesn't look that way, stays standing in the road and then wonders why she gets knocked over. Totally dim witted.
Many people are blaming the woman however..
The lady probably didn’t look left because it’s a two lane dual carriageway with one way traffic. It would have been safer to have a quick glance but in reality you wouldn’t expect a truck to be reversing down a one way carriage way and the lady was distracted by the little girl.
It was one way traffic and she was waiting for a lift/taxi/bus with the looks of it.
Safer not to stand in the road with a small child however the pick up driver was 95% at fault here.

Better to work on installing reliable income streams like rental properties, dividend investments and hobby businesses. You’ll never run out of money hopefully and then you’ll also have a legacy to donate to the save the soi dog fund. ????????
I rekon to meet your 50,000baht/month budget you’ll need 5 rental properties overseas each producing 8,000 baht/month after tax and expenses. And put 500,000 baht in a stocks fund paying 5% dividend and another 400,000 in an emergency cash savings. Keep 100,000 baht worth of gold bullion as a last resort insurance policy and setup a part time 2 hours each day online hobby income stream either e-commerce or teaching, or providing a service producing 10,000 baht month (something to keep your mind busy)
this all ads up to over 50,000 baht/month income and you don’t pay any rent because you purchased a house in the sticks for 500,000baht
This diversified income for life is possible from an initial cash investment of about 7million baht
You’re welcome

Before starting TRT you have to be very careful to ensure that a doctor has your best health interests first rather than their own/employers financial interests first.
You mentioned your testosterone level was in normal range but your free t isn't - I'm no doctor but in my own opinion this usually means that you are producing enough testosterone but for some reason more may be binding to SHBG molecules in your blood or converting to estrogen.
So your doc can explore reasons for this and attempt to resolve the underlying reason. In addition boosting your t levels naturally with exercise, diet, weight loss and lifestyle choices would be my first option.
I had low t and it turned out to be caused by a vitamin d deficiency. I supplement vitamin d as well as other vitamins and minerals and I apply all the healthy lifestyle options above and I feel great -my testosterone is also in mid normal range every time i get tested every 6 months. Thats good enough for me. Before I did my research I was tempted by many ads and forums to go the TRT route - nothing against TRT at all although Im glad I did my research and saw a decent endochrinologist, so that I have at least delayed that requirement for now.
Do your research. Best of luck.

Hormonal changes?
go get blood tests and check hormones and vitamin d
in fact I guarantee every Thai not supplementing is likely deficient in vitamin d as are most people in general. This vitamin affects hormone levels.
you might be surprised how much changes in hormone levels can affect mood. This could be a reason.
I buy vitamin d anyway and wife and I take all the time

I put the UK on par with my home country.. depressing. Not an insult at all.. just how i think about it. Not about girls but weather and just how things are. For me the sun in Thailand makes life a lot more fun. Now that its rainy season i notice it on my mood at times. Give me sun and my mood is great.
The trick is to enjoy the green hills and clean air during spring and summer and vacate for a winter long break to Thailand ASAP before the dark winter nights set in. Although I also don't mind the cold either - its the dark and the fact no one else wants to do anything in cold months because its too cold for anyone to peak outside their front door -- that gets old quick.
As for the article it is written as if the Thai lady is unable to access medical treatment in the UK which is complete nonsense.
Anyone taking testosterone in Thailand. Good or bad reviews?

I want to check my testosterone again soon and I usually get the testosterone test done but they do not do the SHBG test at this clinic.
Does anyone know a place in Bangkok to get testosterone and SHBG blood tests done at a reasonable price to be able to calculate free t levels?
I would be curious to know what prices anyone has paid before for these tests?
