  1. Omg, you moaners really think differently. Thank God we have these forums to discuss different issues, it reminds me to be very careful of some foreigners here in Thailand. If you are so miserable you can always go back home to the s5it hole you left behind, you'll feel at home with all the other whiners.
  2. But these unsafe conditions have always been here, long before you arrived. It's strange that you relocate here then moan and complain, its really weird and very unusual behaviour. I was watching a video earlier, an Australian cop, booking a speeding driver, $1000, for 1 <deleted> infringement. I bet there'd be a few of you moaners in uproar if change happens and you get a 24000 baht speeding ticket. You take the good with the bad, no such place on planet earth that is perfect.
  3. Agree, we don't need more of that behaviour. These little scooters, cheap, easy accessible, will only allow more injuries.
  4. I agree, good idea for those of us that are competent but sadly I don't think that we'll get the option to pick one up cheap.
  5. They will end up in landfill. Not very eco-friendly These vehicles are a menace on our roads, underpowed and unroadworthy. The users will be unlicensed tourists, getting hurt due to their Incompetence. I can see many more gofundme pages.
  6. Yep, that's what they all say. Did you hear the audio? Good work inspector I'm sure he was assaulted for just being a good Samaritan. 😂 Maybe in the UK or Australia.
  7. Everyday, I see you reading most members comments and replying to different members. Without question, you read the many comments about members discussing the confused emoji's and the recent article regarding the infant that died after being hit by a car in a housing estate. One member commented that he was astonished by a confused emoji on a member replying with RIP for the boy. Are you just being a nuisance with your comment? Surely you must read the many, many negative comments regarding the confused emoji's. We have some strange members here mate, lots of weirdos that use their confused emoji's to antagonize, etc.
  8. Oh great, more moaners arriving. Every swinging dick wants to live in Thailand. When they arrive they never stop complaining about this and that. These people typically dislike some of Thailand's unique, challenging infrastructure and safety issues, then start whinging and whining, demanding things change. I like Thailand and all its quirks and features. Anyhow, I reckon they'll be back in the UK in a year or so.
  9. Oldmate who started the thread seems miserable.
  10. Why would you move to Thailand to work yourself to death? Why not work in your home country, earn yourself great money, then come here and holiday and live like a KING
  11. Agree I love the cold days, it's just those Sydney winters are too miserable. Those continuous cold, wet winter nights can get you down.
  12. Omg, strange that you come to Thailand to work yourself to death. I have worked in Thailand, offshore, Songkhla, 12 hour days, on a 28 day rotation, had every other month to spend in Thailand with my family relaxing. Thailand is for travelling, relaxing, spending time with your loved ones, now you are posting negativity, having a miserable weekend. Looking back through the thread, it's weird that some are having a miserable time here. Is Thailand the right place for you right now!?
  13. This guy should trade in in on one of these. Get the the old guy to buy a proper mobility vehicle. video_20240519_060239_edit.mp4
  14. You got to manage your daily routine, stay inside hot time of the day. The night time is perfect for socialising. The Thai's aren't stupid, they stay inside. The hot days are much better than a miserable, cold, wet day. Growing up in Sydney I remember spending many Friday and Saturday night in my bed rather than face the bitter cold night going out to different venues with my friends. I love the wet season, keeps things cool. I've got a few English friends, they get so depressed rainy season, I can't understand them, it's perfect time of year. It's great riding my PCX, put my belongings under seat with my raincoat, just wear flip flops, singlet and shorts (helmet and sunglasses), it's the best feeling. If I'm lucky I see a pretty walking in the rain and offer her a lift, instant friend. 😁
  15. This is how the elderly foreigners in Pattaya ride their disability scooters. 😂 A menace to all other road users.
  16. How embarrassing. Good for nerdy guys. 🛵 🦼 I reckon they would be popular with the AN forum members that stalk you with their stupid confused emoji's.
  17. Do you sell your Sticky Rice Balls? 😂 How much do you sell them for? 💲💲💲 Maybe your fat, ugly fruit lady can help.
  18. My kids favourite on the way to school breakfast. And a couple of bags of sticky rice.
  19. Excellent, you managed to get another hostile comment in. BTW, my comment had everything to do with The Big F. Are you a Big F? Get a hobby, stop annoying us.
  20. If English is not your first language you should use Google translate.
  21. Thanks for the video mate. Yes, the sad emoji's can be just as antagonizing as the confused. Cheers up 😬
  22. I used to fly in and out of HatYai every month and what you say is so true. I never spent much time in HatYai, I'd drive same day to Songkhla, thank God.
  23. Isn't a problem flicking through the aseannow.com threads. Sadly, I'm still receiving the many confused emoji's from all the weirdos out there. 😂
  24. 1. Attention seekers. 2. Lonely people. 3. Poor parenting 4. Little education etc....
