I bought PKCP off the plan from developer looong time ago. The fees 20 baht m², too low, the Juristic had no money to spend on maintenance and upkeep. AGM we would try to increase fees but The developer (Ratanikorn) held a third of the building (unsold units) it took years to approved increase. We had to continually dip into the sinking fund for maintenance etc. Sometimes the annual m² fees need to be increased. The Thai's aren't interested in increasing fees, most Thai's purchase for investment only, they don't care about maintaining the building. My condo was purchased for investment (rental) but I still wanted the building maintained and kept in good condition.

I can't help regarding medication withdrawal but what I would suggest is keep active, join a gym, push yourself, a good workout will help you.

A few months ago I was riding around the darkside, rode down a little soi, stopped at a Thai store for a beer. These girls were promoting the beer, gave me some samples. 🍺and a couple of phone numbers. 😘 Delicious. Edited 15 hours ago by SAFETY FIRST I see 7eleven's are now stocking Carabao beer.

I've heard those government hospital wait times are around 4 hours. That would suit Georgie boy, keep him off the streets, no time for peeping Tom 👀 and it would stop him annoying everyone.

Grilled pork is the best, not sure if I've tried the neck. Kids love to eat Moo Bing and sticky rice for breakfast.

Crikey, I always thought you were a nerdy guy. 🤓 That's a VERY cool car. 👍

It's about you, always with the speculation, hypothesis and Innuendo's. You remind me of inspector Clouseau, I find this amusing. I'd like to return the favour, hopefully some here will find my comment amusing. Loosen up mate, you can keep scrolling, no need for hostility. Don't be so serious. -
I hope rubber gloves are worn when performing DRE. 🧤

Taxi Driver Arrested for Attacking Australian Tourist
SAFETY FIRST replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
The guy is huge, a box cutter, just a flesh wound. He should look at getting some cosmetic surgery (stomach band) while he's getting stitched up. Don't know the full story but someone slammed my car door, I'm angry. Weapons are for girls, I'd sort the big fella out. 🥊 -

I've been noticing an increase in poor behaviour on our roads by foreigners. Most times these aggressive, abusive, <deleted> have their window wound down, arm hanging out.

They are so very sad. 😔 Too many weirdo and nasty foreigners coming to Thailand now.

Newborn Abandoned in Pattaya, Police Launch Investigation
SAFETY FIRST replied to Georgealbert's topic in Pattaya News
Yes, the government has failed, I'm surprised there are not more reports of these abandoned newborns. These young women in a relationship, having sex, all is going well, she and her partner make plans for the future......Sadly, only for the father to abandon her shortly after the birth of her baby. In the west the government would provide social security and welfare payments (thousands of dollars after the birth), garnish the fathers wages, the woman may be on maternity leave, she has income but sadly in Thailand this poor young woman (girl) has no money to support herself and baby. If the mother decides to keep her child without income she must leave her child with a guardian, go to work in the city but the minimum wage of around 12000 month is not enough to pay for accommodation, guardian, food, clothing, electricity, etc, now she finds herself working on Soi 6. Shame on Thailand for not providing for these young mothers. -

Too expensive, Brisbane has 50 cents fare for public transport. -
AN should remove these annoying confused emoji's. They are antagonizing, if people are confused regarding your comment, ask a question. I reckon some members are acting like children just posting these emoji's to provoke and annoy others. Why did AN remove NAMES? When your name was shown it was more controlled, now it's out of control.
