These sad stories will continue until the government supports these young mothers. In the west the government would provide social security and welfare payments (thousands of dollars after the birth) for these young mothers, government would garnish the fathers wages, the woman may be on maternity leave, she has income but sadly in Thailand these very POOR young woman (girls) have no money to support herself and her baby. It's so easy to make nasty, hateful comments towards the mothers but most times the father has abandoned her, these girls have no one to turn to for support, sadly they make wrong decisions in life. Shame on Thailand for not providing for these young mothers.

No fatherly love as the fetus grows inside the woman he abandoned.
