Agree, it's both foreigners and Thai's driving badly. When driving around Pattaya, I give way to everyone, always plan my trips, give myself plenty of time to get from A to B. I prefer to not drive night time, it's more dangerous. Early evenings the taxi motorbikes, taking the girls to the bars are riding at speed, hoping for that extra fare when returning to their pickup point.
