The most convincing response is ' why are people responding to the op'?

How can a falangs maths be so incredibly bad.
Because he went to a Thai school................Hang on.............

Attitude is influenced by prejudice and traits, I am sure you were both gentlemen in your dealings with the young lady.
-
To be fair, you don't need to know perfect Thai, when you check the bins for what you have got wrong in the U.S.
-
I just find the OP tasteless

Scarpolo
The term you use has a certain resonance on here, some like it, some don't. It reminds me of a mate and a friend of the forum.
But to answer your question, yes everything comes round in rotation and you will note I only post in flurries now, because everything has been discussed before, but it is new to some, because they themselves are new.
Be sure of one thing, misogyny is rife and certain fellows know everything and they are adamant in their point of view, they cannot see that their oft outdated views are set only in the environs that they themselves set, they do not grasp, nor wish to understand there are others who have courted another route, a differing wheel if you wish.
We all have diverse values, beliefs, customs and understanding, I would never put my will or understanding and set it in stone, in the belief that others should blindly follow it, but this thread has been quite entertaining. How people cannot see the irony, or sarcasm if you wish, in certain posts has deafened me with incredulity.
Some just post on the same beat of the same boring mantra of 'I'm always right, why are you just not listening to me, I am always right', a little like Boycott, block, block, block, push to cover, block, block, ohhhh off stump knocked over.

George! Even if you take out the bestiality part of the post, the man got his head caved in, what's humourous?
At least the buffalo wasn't 'roasted'.
I'll get my coat too, meet you at the door.............

Wyn. Had multiple profiles in the past
Yes, we know that, but you have only been here since January, so who were you previously?
Just curious, couldn't give a hoot really, but you could do me a favour and tone the language down, I am a sensitive sort of guy at heart

Gotta agree with the OP, every Thai woman are the same as the OP's......................... with no exception
Again, for the benefit of the tape
I think you should quit hanging out at Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy etc, get your head out of the bottle, and try to meet someone not associated with the nite life scene. Then you may have a different opinion of Thai women. I suspect you live a pretty miserable life.
Spaniel, I believe you must have posted whilst under the influence. If you ever see the line, 'again for the benefit of the tape and fot the lack of visual signs' it means I am using irony with a big 'I'.
For those that are still a little behind, I wasn't being serious, for those that are stupid, please ignore my post because you are stupid.

It really depends on each and every situation. And yes that's the way it should be - only rent, never buy. . .
But if one person tells you that is the only way to go, then they are telling you to live in their little World, frankly I prefer to live in the World that I happen to live in.
If you feel it is right to buy in your World, then buy, if it goes pear shaped, don't moan, if you think it is right to rent, then rent, but don't follow internet anonymous nonsense that is not backed up with info based on your personal circumstances.
That's what TV is for, helping others learn from each others' mistakes.
I stand by my advice, very few exceptions
I do qualify my "don't buy" - some are happy to pay for something as a gift and can well afford it.
Savvy businessmen with RE experience, solid legal knowledge and strong local connections may be another - RARE - exception.
Just the ordinary fools that think they are "investing" in connection with personal motives I keep trying to warn.
Go on then qualify it, by meaningful study and reasoned debate with quantifiable results.
Not by every Joe Smoke who comes on here who's situation has gone South,

Thai brides.
Just curious, do you use the term American bride, or Brit bride, or Norwegian bride, nothing serious, just curious
To the extent they're imported in bulk to another country then I suppose I would.
Would "they've been importing wives from Thailand" be more PC for you?
No, not more PC. People are people, so they would be individuals, importing commodities, well.

As the man said falling from a high building, as he passed each floor, 'so far so good'.

God and i did not realise that both my wives in the UK were Thai ,like someone else said ,they didn;t look it .and i lost half the houses i paid for both times plus the f---ing shirt off my back.and there the homes were in my name.
I feel you do not understand genealogy, both were third generation Thai living in the UK, and you did not notice those two supposedly UK women were actually Thai, shame on you.......
For the benefit of the tape

If you were living in Europe or the USA and got divorced with kids, you would have got exactly what you are getting here, nothing.
Same, same, but different

Let me tell you OP, if that little miss smiley-face conductor on the 133 with her smarty pants 'mai bpen rai kha' and all the rest of it (in THAI by the way! .... when she can clearly see I'm a foreigner) doesn't bother to take my eight baht again simply because she can't get to where I'm standing, I'm gonna create a scene. I made every effort to have that money ready ... honestly, the nerve of 'these people'.
For the benefit of the tape and lack of visuals, Songhua is having a laugh.............I think

Steady on old chap, first Samran and now yourself, with good news stories- you are both destroying my belief in Thailand and the usual erudite posters that frequent General.

Point the OP tried to make is that not all thais are dishonest and moneygrabbing thieves and that there are, even in the tuk tuk business, thais who act on "the eye of the beholder principle".
I don't think Samran meant that at all......probably/possibly/maybe...........just having a quiet bash at the negy's on here

They still can't explain her weight loss, though.
If she is eating properly and still losing weight, have you thought of T.B?
She is obviously under the weather and TB is an opportunist threat, when the gate is down it likes to get in, if you haven't thought of it, check to see if she has had fevers, weight loss- but this normally goes with lack of appetite, and you say she is eating well-tiredness, a persistent cough, don't be fooled by people saying it should be phlegmmy, it can be a dry cough.
Responding to the illness, not the visa issue.

can people name all the trolls and bad posters so i can put them on ignore as well?
You need to look out for that sms fella, he is dodgy altogether

Nobody is suggesting littering is admirable behavior. I don't do it just because it's bad behavior but sometimes I have to schlep a long time before coming across a trash can. Also I would just EAT cukes (but not hot dogs). But you're kidding yourself if you think this was about tossing some cuke.
Please explain then, when I have walked the streets of all manner of places including Ubon, Bangers, and Pattaya, day, night and early morning, why I don't get myself into bother I can't talk myself out of.
If someone says I am an incidental tourist and not a full time resident, I will scream, but it will be a typical response
Sorry !

To the OP, don't know what company you keep, but I hear 'sorry' all the time.
To Baboon, I hear the same statement everywhere, no one is ever wrong, except those that state it, I hear both sides of the same Baht/Sterling/Dollar of the same recurring theme, I just don't apportion it to a Race, but to the Person.
