With the global spread of technology and the sharing of information criminals are finding it truer than ever that as the old saying goes, "you can run. but you can't hide." Now just need to get the Thais a bit more active chasing their own criminals who have done a runner.

Given the frequency with which Thailand has had coups in the past, you have to say the next one is probably overdue already.

There is only one possible reason for him being stopped every time from taking a new position, with no explanation about any of it, and that is that he has said the wrong thing about someone very, very powerful, who can't be mentioned by anyone. Sounds highly suspicious. Things are broken and damaged, but he didn't see anything?

Seems like three possibilities here.

1. He is lying.

2. He is telling the truth.

3. He had his eyes closed when he threw her over the balcony.

If it's true, I wonder if we will get the daily press conferences with him taking the credit for other peoples arrests again?

When I lived in Australia, I went to an Opal miners party in outback Queensland one day. It was clear that many of those guys worked in the sticks because they were socially unacceptable in town. This fella would fit right in with that bunch.

My solution would be to put them in a closed room and run the engine hard until it runs out of petrol, or they start bleeding from the ears. Help them appreciate the level of unwanted volume they create.

That's just nasty and wrong. If I was that desperate that I absolutely couldn't hold it in, I think I would rather shit my pants and squelch off somewhere to try to tidy up, rather than take a crap in front of everyone eating.

After all, the people in those countries that have adopted democratic socialism have a far higher standard of living and way better health and life expectancy than Americans.
