  1. Oops, typo on my part—meant 2020, not 2000. Speaking of which, care to explain how reality is only valid when it suits MAGA's narrative? Selective sipping, perhaps?
  2. YOU LOST THE ELECTION IN 2000! .....A reality you still won’t swallow.
  3. We drink something called 'reality.' You should try it sometime.
  4. How long did you live there?
  5. After swallowing the Kool-Aid for Trump, any further compromise comes as no surprise.
  6. A scandal involving Toyota and four other Japanese automakers (Honda, Mazda, Suzuki, and Yamaha) uncovered testing irregularities, where stricter in-house conditions were used instead of required government standards. Japan vehicle testing scandal inexcusable, but it also exposes outdated processes: Analysts | The Star
  7. Aw, running away already? Guess 'hate-hole' is easier than explaining Trump’s Big Pharma fascistic collusion and cheer-leading. Classic!
  8. Tried a new natural remedy, almost every day of this week—pak liang (melinjo leaves)—and it’s the bomb! Best so far. I find it beneficial to change from time to time. It’s great with a morning omelette or scrambled eggs, added to soups, used in spicy curries, fried as tempura, eaten raw in salads, or as wraps for rice and fillings. A Southern Thai Traditional culinary favorite, very versatile, unique flavor, and incredibly cheap! Here's an overview of their dietary profile: Nutritional Composition (per 100g) Calories: ~70-100 kcal Protein: ~5-6g Carbohydrates: ~12-14g Fiber: ~1-2g Fat: Low (~1g) Vitamins: High in Vitamin C (boosts immunity and skin health) Rich in Vitamin A (supports vision and skin health) Contains Vitamin B complex (supports energy metabolism) Minerals: Calcium (for bone health) Iron (supports red blood cell production) Potassium (helps regulate blood pressure) Health Benefits Antioxidant-Rich: Helps combat oxidative stress and inflammation. Anti-Diabetic Potential: Melinjo leaves may help regulate blood sugar levels. Heart Health: Their potassium content can help maintain healthy blood pressure. 9. So the 'guy that wants to make America healthy again'? Right!
  10. I mainly use it for Youtube Music and podcasts on my Google Home and the family use it for ad free videos.
  11. Thai 179 Baht vs 380 Baht (16.99 AUD).
  12. Ah, yes, the fascistic corporate-government collusion you rail against—funny how your authoritarian hero Trump proudly called Operation Warp Speed “one of the greatest miracles of the ages.” He fast-tracked billions to Big Pharma, took all the credit, and gave them a standing ovation. Trump takes credit for vaccine rollout: ‘One of the greatest miracles of the ages’
  13. Update on price and other info: เเพ็กเกจ AIS 5G x YouTubePremium ดูคอนเทนต์นับล้าน แบบไม่มีโฆษณาคั่น
  14. Evidently, AIS customers can subscribe to YouTube Premium for 139 baht per month for the first three months, and then 159 baht per month after that. To subscribe, dial 6569#
  15. I am currently paying Western pricing for YouTube Premium, but next month, I plan to switch to Thai pricing. I’ll be using my Bangkok Bank Mastercard Visa Debit card, and I’ve already confirmed with Bangkok Bank that there won’t be any issues. Your issue may be that your cards are not Visa/MC. Alternatively, you can use TrueMoney Wallet, which allows you to top up with any local debit card. This could be a solution if your current bank cards don’t work.
  16. Maybe he is just using a 'burner' username.
  17. AI: It sounds like you're in a tricky situation with the overdue 90-day report in Thailand. Here are a few suggestions for how you might proceed: Visit in Person: While it’s inconvenient, the safest and most straightforward option is to visit your Immigration Office (IO) in person. Some IOs may allow you to pay a fine for late reporting without needing to submit additional paperwork, though it depends on the office's discretion. Contact Your Immigration Office: Before making the 2-hour drive, it might be worth calling or emailing your local IO to explain the situation. Some offices may allow you to pay the fine remotely or provide guidance on how to proceed without physically visiting the office. While not all IOs are flexible, some may accept online submissions if you explain your circumstances. Online Submission: If you try submitting the 90-day report online, even though it may not be accepted due to the late filing, it’s still worth trying. If it’s rejected, at least you’ll have a record of your attempt. Extension in April: If you decide to wait until your next extension in April, you may be able to explain the situation when submitting the required documentation for the extension. Immigration officers may issue a fine, but it might be easier to handle as part of the extension process. However, this could depend on your IO’s policies. Backup System for Next Time: Since you mentioned the reminder system failed, consider setting up a personal reminder in advance for future reports. This way, you won’t have to worry about missing deadlines in the future. Ultimately, the best course of action is likely contacting the IO directly to see if there are any exceptions or ways to sort it without the visit. If that doesn’t work, it may be worth just biting the bullet and making the drive to avoid further complications.
  18. Except if you get arrested and the fine gets increased to 5,000 baht with an additional 200 baht a day until you comply.
  19. I think most know it a as Canola Oil.
  20. Holland papaya or ripe green papaya is very good. Half a dragon fruit is the bomb. Cut down on tea and coffee and at least two litres of water and exercise every day, at least a 30 minute walk. A 'squatty potty' aka a foot stool that elevates the knees can be beneficial.
  21. I can give you a response from AI on your problem, but you would get a better one from @DrJack54. I only did my first online 90 day reporting today after a hiatus of seven years, so my opinion might be off. I have a return trip of 120 kms to my IO so I regularly call and ask over the phone when I have an issue. But, I would suggest a personal visit ASAP in your case would be the best bet but can see its currently problematic for you.
  22. I would post a topic in the main body of this Forum, this pinned area can escape attention.
  23. So, you're putting your faith in Drs. Muller and Quay—Congress's ‘star experts,’ one a physicist and the other a physician—neither of whom are virologists or epidemiologists, and who were clearly chosen by failed ophthalmologist Rand Paul due to their WSJ article on the virus’s origins. Meanwhile, actual qualified scientists have systematically dismantled their claims in academically respected The Conversation: "COVID lab-leak theory: ‘rare’ genetic sequence doesn’t mean the virus was engineered". "The authors fail to provide a reason why the double-CGG sequence couldn’t exist naturally… viruses evolve rapidly, and mutation accumulation is a common challenge in virology studies." And here’s the kicker: "There is no evidence presented that scientifically supports the concept of a lab leak of a genetically engineered virus." Translation? Muller and Quay are peddling speculative theories as facts. Maybe it’s time to listen to real experts in viral origins instead of relying on a couple of generalists playing virology for a Congressional audience. COVID lab-leak theory: ‘rare’ genetic sequence doesn’t mean the virus was engineered
  24. Totalitarianism isn’t solely state-controlled; it often involves a dictator wielding absolute power through the state. Hitler's Third Reich was classic totalitarianism—fusing state control with his dictatorship to dominate media, education, the economy, and private life through propaganda and terror. Oversimplifying democracy’s immunity ignores risks of authoritarian creep. Too much hyperbole, too little nuance.
  25. A post to lighten the mood.....
