just started watching a series from a few years back ,its called Mad Dogs its about four old friends who are invited out to Spain by an old friend who has become rich ,its a black comedy ,,really enjoying it , by the way one of the guys has sex with a half cast girl ,(sorry i couldnt resist????)

if you read what i wrote two very good series The Gilded Age and 1883 are my favourites ,but why must they include people just to be "inclusive" "or box ticking" if it is so important ,why not have white people playing parts that non whites would normally be .? oh and please do not say they used to ,the reason for this there were no actors of colour to play the parts in those days .

absolutely one of the best cowboy series i have seen ,just watched ep 6 ,mind you they have managed to get a black soldier having an affair with a white woman in it???? but then in those days black men always had white girlfriends ,well didnt they?

i had never heard this ,but its a fact everyone called Woolworths "Woolies" years ago????

One of my favourite series on tv is Vera ,about an older lady cop ,just on ep 5 of this last series ,i see they have ticked the box every episode has a black man married to a white woman. it seems that these days every tv series has to tick a box to get made.why?

did my marriage visa at Jomtien this year ,last year so easy ,but this year for some reason she said my bank letter was wrong ,as it did not show money going in and out ,i said thats because i dont use it for that ,except the 2k i took out this morning ,anyway sent us back to the bank ,they were as flumoxed as me ,but rewrote the bank letter ,she took one look at it ,said ok ,thats better (it was no different)lol ,immigration police came few days after ,took a couple of pics of our neighbour and us on the lawn then left ,they have only ever come into the house once , ps always use blue ink.

Just watched the first episode of The Gilded Age, sort of American Downton Abbey ,and yes there is black people in it ,but to be honest the main black girl fitted in nicely ,of course right at the end they slipped in a male gay couple ,i am sure just to tick the box ,but all in all a good start .looking forward to the next episode .

This is a very exploitaitional box ticking film ,it has some white cowboys in it ,this would never have happened in those days .i will not be watching it.???? actually gave it a try ,but didnt last long ,and no it was not cause they was black .

to anyone who enjoys the Good Karma Hospital there is another series about India ,just before the war and the end of British rule its called Indian Summer in all the usual places ,very enjoyable . what amazes me though ,is if the Indians did not like us ,why did so many of them follow us back to the UK.????

To all those who like the box ticking series ,do you remember Line of duty? well that was good ,now she is in The Trigger about bomb disposal , believe me ,it aint line of duty ,but all the boxes are ticked ,managed about 20 mins then just gave up ,its not up to much .
